Very helpful and friendly staff

Staff were very welcoming, thoughtful, kind, and professional . Was an absolutely wonderful experience.

The staff were so friendly at this property The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was great but it did have the hot afternoon sun streaming through the window Everything was within walking distance a real gem of a place The complimentary breakfast was amazing. More a continental style with lots of options. The staff there were lovely as well

Very close to lots of shopping, historical sites, dining, train station. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Extremely small showers.

It was a very clean and friendly hotel. The surrounding area was very quaint and felt incredibly safe. Ravenna in general is a very nice and slow paced area. We were only there 1 night but we wound definitely consider staying again for a longer period of time.

Delightful staff here who were very helpful. Hotel's situation is most convenient for exploring the treasures of Ravenna. Spotlessly clean. If anything, it looks slightly tired around the edges. Nice garden which could be developed more but presently home to agressive mosquitoes.

- average stay - funny configuration of the room - clean, but not renovated - I would try somewhere else if I was coming back.

The decor was a little dated but everything else was great. Excellent walking distance to the UNESCO sites. Our tour was easy to arrange. Restaurants were easy access and the food was great. The outdoor space was very inviting in the square. Lots of activity and friendly staff. Maybe not a 5 star hotel but it more than met our needs.

Ideally situated for the town, our room was clean but a little dated although did notice other rooms had wooden floors and were more modern. Breakfast ok nothing special plenty of pastries.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor garden area for sitting with a drink at night. I had a travel party of grandmother/mom/grandson and we all loved the experience! Would highly recommend.

Very central, yet quietly located. Nice room with air con, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Great place from which to visit the wonderful mosaics of Ravenna, which exceeded our expectations.
