This hotel was in a great location was very clean the staff was so friendly and nice. Deft would recommend staying here. I will definitely be staying here again.

Positive: check-in was friendly and very quick. Porter helped with bringing luggage to room. Free crib on request. Comfortable bed + bedding. Spacious bathroom. Quite close to airport (20 min drive by car). Good parking facility in closed off garage under the hotel. Negative: Not properly cleaned; a lot of dusty patches and places in the room. No proper toiletries provided (just a big squeezeable all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/wash gel container which leaves a sort of film on your skin after using). Aircon not working, also not after reporting. Very loud music from wedding reception until 10:30PM.

We had a very pleasant stay, very clean, confortable, the hotel has a beautiful breakfast area, we really enjoyed!

It is a nice hotel to do an overnight if you are travelling by car to Pompeii and vicinity. Located in a small Italian town- very picturesque Mount Vesuvius is not far either. A good central location for this region. Hotel itself is extremely comfortable, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Overall hotel is very stylish and comfortable. Spacious in all aspects, it has an underground garage which comes handy when parking your car. Had a problem using the AC controls in the room. It wouldn't let me raise the temperature so I had to ask for a blanket next night. At the restaurant: my impression was that the waiters expected anyone in the world to speak Italian. Also, their main focus was on the local and Italian guests, while others, like myself, had to wait long times to be served. I didn't expect this attitude in a Best Western hotel.

Arredamento camera, aria condizionata, saloni e ambienti comuni da gran hotel; buon ristorante a prezzi regolari

La habitación remodelada y amplia. Pero el hotel está en remodelación. Lo que más me afectó fue lo siguiente: Hay un problema grave con el Aire condicionado, todas las estancias del hotel sin aire con 40 grados. La habitación mira a una terraza trasera prácticamente metida como un semi sótano. Pero lo más importante es que el aire condicionado no funcionaba, era insuficiente y literal nos dejaron 4 noches sudando sin cambiarnos de habitación. Cuando pedíamos ayuda en recepción lo que hacían era mover algo de programación que hacía que mejorar la situación pero 2h después volvía a calentarse. En conclusión, por ahorrar dinero no ponen el aire en las áreas comunes del hotel y te ven la cara haciéndote creer que estaba solucionado pero volvían a bajarle la potencia. En recepción además, lo tomaban de mala manera y no nos daban opciones definitivas. No todos los chicos.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Bar so gut wie nicht besetzt, wurden dann in das Restaurant geschickt, von dort wieder weg… Die Umgebung ist sehr laut u s auch drechig. Der Pool könnte mal wieder richtig gereinigt werden. Die Flasche Wein gab es leider nicht.

Ottimo staff e albergo

Looks great on the photos. Reality not superb. Breakfast friendly people. Swimming pool unusable as openings are during visits Napels etc.
