Great location and very friendly staff

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, it's super quiet and in a perfect location. Most important -- the price is reasonable for Paris. Not a whole lot more you need than that.

Very helpful and friendly staff , the duty manager upgraded my room when I feed back that the view wasn’t nice . I’m very grateful as my stay was even happier . Hotel is perfectly located , close by to metro and restaurants & Louvre museum

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spoke very good English. Room was spacious and nice. Great water pressure. Has safe and mini fridge. Wonderful location could not be better. Walking distance to Close to shopping restaurants major attractions like palais garnier Musée d orsay, Les invalads, effeil tower within walking distance, metro close by and walkable to moulin rouge and louvre if you enjoy walking and notre dame. Second time staying and will be back again.

The room we were in was nice and roomy compared the the other hotel we stayed at right before, which was so small, it would only fit a church mouse. Very convenient location. Loved it.

Very good location perfect for our trip

Booked a deluxe double room for a 3 night stay in Paris. Was lovely and spacious. Hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful. When my plug adapter didn’t fit they lent me one. Extra tea & milk - no problem. Small things, but they’re the things you notice. Location was excellent. A short walk to Opéra Metro station and an easy walk down to the Louvre and Seine riverbank. Local restaurants and bars were expensive, but I think that’s just Paris. There was a choice at least and I enjoyed what I ate. Was an excellent base for my stay and I’d stay here again!

A great hotel !! From cleanliness to staff. Very convenient location. Walkable distance to many famous places.

The breakfast buffet is a must. I typically don't do hotel breakfasts since I usually find going out to be a better option in Europe and want flexibility in my schedule. But I got in really late, literally early the next morning. We were hungry and tired so we gave their breakfast a go. To my surprise, the breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfasts experiences in my life. They had made to order omelettes, eggs and pancakes. Fruits, yogurts were deliciously fresh. The coffee machine made any coffee related drinks. The total cost was for this great meal was only 22 euros per person. Definitely try it at least once while you're here.

Good hotel, rooms are really quite large and the location is really good! Only feedback is that the water isn't very warm if you have a shower after 7pm, which is challenging in the winter!
