The hotel is on a narrow street a block or two from the Champs-Élysées, so much more quiet. Inside it has pleasantly old-fashioned fixtures with modern updates (temperature control, television). They serve breakfast every day (not included), but there are lots of cafés and bakeries close by.
The staff is very helpful (and they were patient with my rusty French - though they speak English), 100% satisfied, They're familiar with the neighborhood and what it has to offer, and they're cheerful too.
I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Paris.
