We got 2 rooms, one with the street view which was good but the 2nd room was in the back of the building and with NO view at all. We could not even open the window.

Clean room

The 1st room we were assigned had a toilet that faced the front of the bidet. There was so little room between them that while on the toilet you also straddled the bidet. Also, the left closet door was falling off. The HVAC in the 2nd room didn't work. Thankfully the window opened. But there was no screen and someone could easily enter our room off the flat roof. The shower was great. The safe didn't work.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent with good drainage (something I found lacking in many places in. Spain). We opted to add breakfast for a more leisurely morning. It was well located for walking to many of the main sites and easy to catch a cab when needed.

Excellent hotel. I highly recommend it!

A convenient location. Quiet good sized room overlooking front of hotel. Plenty of toiletries, tea and coffee in room. Easy walk to centre and transport. Regular taxis from hotel when requested.

Hotel's room had enough space, was clean, had good bathroom. However airconditioner was set to excessive cold flow, blankets were missing the first 2 days and I got cold. Breakfast was good. Hotel's location is convenient for tourists.

The hotel was great; the staff was courteous and helpful and the location cannot be beat!

My room small with no true window. Virtually no natural light comes into room. Very claustrophobic.

Beautiful property and wait staff was excellent.

Very clean, quiet hotel and only 5 min walk to train station. With a family of 5, the family room with two adjoining rooms was perfect. A great place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Nice little cafe for coffee, tea and pastries right across the street.

Food was very delicious, close to important places I wanted go, rooms are very comfortable; and the most important for me was the stuff, all of they were very kind and helpful when I needed.

Bad (no) a/c, smelling bedroom (607), electricity shortage… disaster

Comfortable stay, great location close to cafes, restaurants etc… The room’s safe was not working. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff was polite, accommodating and helpful. The property was kept very clean. Two concerns were that 1) it was the hottest days on record for June and despite our making sure it was on the lowest setting, our air-conditioning did not adequately cool until the early hours of the morning and it was hard to sleep; 2) the room was extremely small, tight and hard for 2 people to move around. There were no drawers for clothes, a tiny closet for hanging items and no place to lay out luggage other than the bed.

This was a nice place to stay in Barcelona. There is lots of shopping and dining close. Casa Batllo is fairly close (10 minutes) where we did a tour. The metro is about a 5 minute walk but depends on which line you need. It was a good property and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is convenient especially cause spanish breakfast is not that early.

We were so impressed with the staff at the front desk, they even called us a taxi and assisted us with our luggage. The bedroom and bathroom were quite large and we really felt pampered.

VERY NOISY HOTEL between midnight to 6AM (traffic … and what sounds like trash/delivery vehicles). At breakfast, you can not get any eggs or any items made to order (room temperature). The hotel management didn’t notify me of my double booking of 2 rooms prior to my arrival. I was charged for the 2 rooms, in addition to my paid tour rooms. The management was unfriendly.
