Rooms were clean but ashes with plumbing and a bad smell . Overnight staff very rude not helpful at all. Issue was fixed next day . I would never go back to that hotel again ,

Excellent room, super clean and great sizing

Good room. Quiet and convenient been close to the station and shops, however the size of the room and the bathroom in particular was only just sufficient.

Location is good. Room is clean. Just upstairs foot noise was annoying.

Need bell hop with luggage too many stairs for ladies

The room is clean. AC worked well. Front desk staff were helpful, just sometimes the service people hid stuff high up on the shelf and could not find them.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. Check-in and check out was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Very close to Earls Court tube station.

The staff were so welcoming & accommodating to my boyfriend and I. We flew in from Canada, and didnt know about the area, but I’m so happy we booked here, it’s the perfect location to train stations, food, and pharmacies! The air conditioning was nice and cold!! The staff always greeted us when we’d leave for the day and when we came home from exploring the city. We felt so safe and relaxed! 10/10 experience !!

Great location - few minutes walk to tube station, lots of food and store options nearby. Rooms small and dark, and lots of noise from hallways and floors above/below - but very clean and modern. Breakfast was good, and staff nice and helpful if any food runs out.

Great hotel, only sting is it's London and the staff are somewhat jaded. Functional and unbothered, but that's London. Will stay again if price okay.

Great location, although the rooms are small (they always are around Kensington) they are excellent and well tgought out. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the air con was tip top.

Great location near the underground 5 min walk

The staff are impatient with me. I stay here for four nights!! Also I had really hard time to contact the staff before the trip Trying to call ahead of international calls but the phone attitude was awfully bad. I could give one star of the staff’s service.

Lovely location and beautiful room. Stayed here to see come alive at Earl’s Court. 8 min walk to the arena. Room was lovely clean and quiet - shower was lovely! Would defo stay here again

Everything was great, we had a garden view room which was just lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was just right and convenient. We had a small problem with the sink in our room when we checked in and the front desk staff came straight away to look at it for us. The location is great, on a nice street super close to Earl's Court underground and with plenty of amenities nearby too.
