Great location

Perfect location for our first time to Paris. Front desk was friendly and helpful

The room , we knew was small , but a little over 3 metres x 3 metres for 10m squared was insane for $400usd per night. We had no room for a suitcase and to walk around the bed. Location was great. Rooms were noisy , you could hear everything in neighbours rooms, table was broken, toilet wouldn’t stop flushing, soaps in bathroom were empty. Staff were very friendly. I think this is well below par.

Couldn't ask for better! From the warm check-in greeting and service by Mathias at the front desk to the housekeeping crew being on point to Shafia on duty at breakfast, Hotel Saint Severin was tops. The location is impeccable -- easy access to the metro, wonderful neighborhood shops, tourist attractions, restaurants, and local treasures. Friendly for walking, easy to grab a cab, plenty of options for people of all ages and interests. Our room had a lovely view and we found ourselves taking photos right from our window. The hotel has a beautifully quirky non-square shape that makes for interesting rooms and hallways, with stone walls and traditional windows. This was my second stay here and I look forward to returning again soon!

Great location.

My safe and water kettle didn’t work and it was immediately fixed. Staff was wonderful and the location excellent.

Room was small with no drawers to unpack into. Other than that, all was good. Location is excellent and many landmarks are an easy walk.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I don't remember all of their names - perhaps a Matteus! Thank you for all your help and assistance.

I think it is important to note that a “Classic Double” is very small. I have travelled in France and stayed in hotels there before, this room was not a great value. They did make it right by upgrading my room after the first night to one that I felt was a good value for the price I paid. The rooms are clean and fairly well maintained. I did have hair dryer issues. All in all, the area is fantastic, and because of this, I would consider staying with them again. Just don’t rely on their nonexistent airport shuttle.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is quite dark particularly at night. The 4 lamps/light fixtures must have 20 watt bulbs in place. The room temperature can only be adjusted from the front desk and the thermostat in the room does not control anything. The breakfast is adequate, but a better value is to eat at neighboring hotels or a bakery

The location can’t be beat. We had an issue with our toilet but it was resolved quickly.

We were on the third floor facing street. Small but efficient. Loved being able to open our wind and hear and see the street below. It was not quiet at night but we didn't mind that. Bed was comfortable, Pillows not so good. We had two wonderful ladies when we arrived that were very helpful. But for the rest of the time we had two men that didn't offer any help unless asked directly. Breakfast - we booked only two breakfast for the first and last day and then went out the other mornings. It was small but better when you went earlier.

The hotel is Iocated in the Latin quarter. Surrounded by many restaurants. Easy walk to Notre Dame & other sites. The room was very comfortable & nice. The staff was extremely helpful. Will stay there again on our next visit

I thought everything was perfect, but I would recommend that that handrails be placed around the tub/shower. Difficult for a old person to get in out and possibly dangerous.

The front desk lady was incredibly helpful ! Helped me extend my stay at the same price and same room..when I was stranded for two days because of the New York blizzard, Knew where to send me when I needed to buy inexpensive shoes etc:) So grateful’

Clean room & excellent location very walkable.

Hotel location was so nice… couple blocks from Notre Dame and in a very vibrant neighborhood! Staff were very attentive and helpful! We have come back to the property and will likely come back on future trips to Paris! We love Paris and this hotel gives you easy access to museums and restaurants!

Many nearby restaurants and shopping.
