Despite helpful friendly staff at reception and in the bar/restaurant our stay was marred by a faulty shower and a cold low quality breakfast. Not recommended.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Plenty of facilities nearby. It's a few miles into town but the bus (every 10 mins) from around the corner makes that an easy journey (and for 0.35 euros pp if you get a travel card at the shop next door and you can share the card between the party). Decent restaurant. Good breakfast selection. Underground parking very convenient (bit tricky if you have a large vehicle but everywhere in the town is the same). Only real negative is that the beds were far too soft for our liking - something firmer would be appreciated. Staff really helpful. Good value for money overall.

Good hotel, but we had to change rooms because the double bed was tiny and the mattress was horrible, so they offered us single beds, but the mattress wasn't the best either. When you're on holiday, the least you expect is a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff did their best to please us, but apparently it's normal not to have a good bed in a hotel. Another thing €10 per day to park the car in an extremely tight parking lot, I thought parking was included in the price.

Good hotel

Good hotel in a good location easy to get to the city centre. The staff were very helpful & pleasant and the general ambience was top notch 👌 I would definitely stay here again.

Parking garage was ridiculous. Difficult to enter & exit, spaces were tight and you had to be in one space only, no overlapping into the space next to yours. Room was tiny, we had to enter/exit the bathroom sideways and we are thin people. It was noisy. You could here the People in the rooms above across, and beside, they push their chairs back across the floor, come in late banging doors and talking loudly every night. It was our worst nights for sleeping on our 4 week road trip around Spain. Cleaning lady was a lovely woman and worked hard.

The admission process was smooth and efficient. Daily, the front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile and quick to offer assistance if needed. The property is quaint with some modern touches; the beds perfectly comfortable and linens crisp. Super clean too. Antonio is a gem.

Parking at the facility TOO SMALL.

This was a bit further from the centre of Seville than I'd realised - my mistake. There are two regular bus services into town, but it does take a while (30-40 minutes depending on traffic). Cross over the big roundabout towards town and the same bus stop serves both the 3 and the 37. Staff very helpful. Bar/cafe decent. Breakfast plentiful and good.

Great front desk staff

The room was large, updated, clean and comfortable bed. Ticked all our boxes for a good night’s stay. The town was full of good local restaurants. In the morning we had breakfast at their sister restaurant. Best latte!

We stayed in several better hotels for the same price during our trip that were much nicer and better located. Parking is 10 extra euro. The hotel is a little bit old and beds not that comfortable although everything was very clean. About 15-20 minute drive from downtown, good thing is they have a free shuttle every now and then. Area around not that nice to walk around or do stuff.

Room was ok. Location is a but stray bit they have a shuttle to the most attractions. A nice cafe downstairs and helpful staff. A supermarket across the street. No parking included though.

Staff was incredibly friendly and hotel was a bargain.

Room is spacious and clean. Location is good. It is a bit far from city center. But we drove to city center mainly. Or you can take the bus (2 lines). Bus stop is just about 5 mins from hotel. Parking is easy. You can either pay 7 Euros to park at the hospital car park (right in front of hotel) or you can park on the street for free (if you can find a spot). We were lucky to find a spot for 2 nights. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel.
