The H33 Hotel is conveniently located in a very central part of the city which is a huge plus. The check-in was seamless, the room clean and comfortable. Walking to the old city, business centers, shopping district or the beach is easy and just a few minutes in any direction of the hotel. As a budget hotel, the H33 Hotel is a good option.

Hotel and its facilities were perfect for my needs for this trip. I will certainly choose this hotel again if needed and will recommend to others. Excellent hotel - A

Great customer service.

This hotel is in an excellent location, near Durandy tram stop and the Jean Medicin stop. Very close to the Sens restaurant which served the best dinner during my stay. Also next door to Eatsa, a truly great meal and La Popote for a great cafe au lait and pain au chocolat.

In the center of the city with option to walk anywhere.

Nice hotel in the city center

Near to tram stop, near to old town, beach and restaurants. Helpful, friendly staff. Smallish, basic room but clean, nice decor comfy bed, balcony and great aircon. I'd stay again and would recommend to others.

Very happy

Although slightly tired grey decor, the staff were lovely, and the rooms very clean. Situated a 10mins walk from main shopping street, it was very convenient too. Room at the front had balcony but traffic noise, room at the back peaceful. Breakfast is available, cereal, pastries etc, but €14 seemed expensive. A very happy and pleasant trip

Room and bed were fine. I asked for a room with elevator access one week prior to booking and they disregarded request and put me on highest floor with no help in carrying bags - don’t reccomend

Good hotel, but you can hear everything through doors, including conversations and neighbours listening to podcasts as they sleep.

This property looks much, much nicer in the images expedia shows. When I arrived, we were able to drop our bags early but the service was very minimal. When I came back later to check in, I got to the room and the floor was dirty and the desk was also dirty. This was not too big of an issue but not great. The walls are also extremely thin so you can hear every conversation and every door that is opened or closed. I then noticed that there were a lot of ants on the floor (we were on the fourth floor). I went into the bathroom to get some toilet paper to kill the ants and nearly cut my foot open on the tile floor because there was a large piece of the tile that was shattered and very sharp. The tile in the bathroom was painted over and was peeling off in certain areas as well which is not how the expedia images look. After killing most of the ants, I contacted the front desk and when they came up, they said they saw no ants. I told them that was because I had killed them all but still wanted them to spray around the room to stop the ants from coming in and they sprayed only on the one ant they saw. Long story short, this property is not like advertised on expedia and I would suggest staying anywhere else. Expedia was absolutely zero help when I reached out to them and made the whole situation worse. Ended up leaving and booking a different hotel for about the same price down the street that was much cleaner, had friendlier staff, and was quieter. Expedia Sucks.

Great area and super clean! We stayed here for 3 nights and had no problems! 5 minute walk from the waterfront with so many good restaurants and shops! Definitely would stay again 9/10
