My first ever solo trip, and I couldn’t have felt safer or more catered to! Wonderful staff, wonderful amenities, I would definitely come back and do it all over. The staff are so friendly, professional and accomodating, this is a great hotel if you’re looking for a wellness ans relaxation getaway, perfect for a solo traveller :)

I want to thank Rafael at the front desk who helped us check in very late after a long delay and a lot of confusion. He was excellent and provided just the type of service we needed after a hard journey. Id also like to thank Mohammed who was the chef at the hotel who always greeted us with a smile and was more than happy and willing to talk us through our options at the buffet. The service we received from all the staff was amazing. Hotel is in a good area and provided easy access to the beach. We were slightly annoyed at how loud the nightime entertainment was as we wanted to have an early night one evening, but other than that the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy

We booked a superior room with fridge and kettle...very large room and bed very comfortable, worth paying the extra...this is a German resort which we new... hotel food was very good with plenty of choice....I would class this more of a 4 star especially with superior room...it's in quiet area with walk down hill to shops and beach 10 minute's away...would be happy to stay again..

I enjoyed my stay. Very friendly hotel and a nice place to unwind. Daily activity program was provided and plenty of amenities. Would visit again.

WOW, what a beautiful hotel, recommend the superior rooms, huge comfortable beds, tons of space, very friendly staff, lovely pool, the food is the best and freshest I’ve tasted while on holiday, close to the main strip and supermarket, great job done by Fanni & Rafa, only negative no English TV, can’t wait to return

We stayed for three weeks. The junior suite was comfortable for a long stay. The staff was friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were good. The dinners had a daily theme and usually included several types of salads, fruits, vegetables, pasta, grilled fish and meat, and a selection of desserts. Peguera is quiet with families and older adults.

Booked Peguera for good tennis facilities/centre . Town is full of cheap tourist shops- nothing charming about it. Beach was more attractive but not my recommendation for holiday. Hotel facilities were ok- tired lobby but nice pool. Our room was very spacious and modern (book the new upgraded rooms as old rooms are small and tired). Breakfast was good. Restaurant staff were very nice. The desk staff were not as helpful - gave us the key to the storeroom to store our luggage. Perhaps the restaurant staff could give them training on friendliness and smiling. That said, it was fine though if we weren’t there for the tennis, wouldn’t book Peguera. More charming choices in Mallorca.

A really great 3 star hotel - good quiet location but only short walk to the beach, Great rooms - the superior ones - very good food - friendly and helpful staff and even the entertainment was well organised. Thoroughly recommended for a stay in beautiful Paguera!

Generally good but bar staff unfriendly and didn't really want to work. Restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Quite a walk uphill from town and beach. 2.5 hour transfer from airport meant missed dinner on arrival and breakfast when leaving.

Set a good distance back from the main strip, the hotel offered good facilities and an outstanding breakfast. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained and the apartment was adequate for our needs. Enjoyed our stay, albeit too short!

Lovely staff throughout, food great with plenty of choice. A tiny downside no fridges were available. Many German people but all very quiet and civilised.

We have just had a lovely relaxing 10 day holiday This is a lovely place to stay , all the staff from reception ,restaurant and entertainment are all welcoming and friendly .Food is excellent and lots of choice .The hotel cleanliness is exceptional . Five minute leisurely walk down to the main promenade and the beach so in an ideal position for all amenities .The resort is very popular with Germans ,but don't let this put you off .our own experience we find them most friendly . So go and try .

The hotel is positioned in a good area if you are looking to relax and is about 6 minutes walk to the beach. You can rent a car and you can visit other nice beaches or places. Around 15 min by car to Magaluf, a really entertainment place if you like to party, plenty of clubs and restaurants on the beach. I went for half board and the food was really good and was plenty. Staff was nice and have that spanish warmth. Overall, happy with my staying and I would go back.
