This property was perfect for myself and my two children. Very close to the beach 5 minute walk. There are so many restaurants and shops to go to. Also the train station is 9 minute walk away so very easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and would def go back. Hotel has just renovated around the pool lots of loungers. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff were lovely.

We could check in 3 hours early. The room was lovely and big and spacious. The beds we're very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Pre arrival check-in went okay, therefore room available straight away. Re-decorated since my last visit some 6 years ago. Buffet breakfast very good selection - either English style or Continental style.

Very good hotel.Location is perfect. Close to food and entertainment. Was aware ot the 3-30pm check-in and was disappointed we could not check-in sooner as we,arrived at 11am.

Hotel and location fine. To open the breakfast at 8 on working days is ok for most tourists but not for people on job. I asked if they could open 5 minutes before, no chance, not even for a coffee. Unfriendly staff in reception, no hotel info in the room, internet in the room did not work. So I will never use this hotel again

I have stayed in the PYR many times and the same problem always exists. The wifi fails constantly and the tv signal fails around 50% of the time. It normally doesn't bother me but as it rained most of the time, I was in the room more than usual. I found ot very frustrating.

Fantastic apartment complex and right in the middle of the strip. Perfect for access to everything and plenty of food places as well as drinks. Accommodation is very clean and excellent for anything you may need

Visited for a few days in mid October Pros Location - near to train and bus station, beach, town centre Great room size. Clean. TV had the main 4 UK channels + channels from other european countries + radi "partial sea view" room had a good view Fridge in room Air con basic but good Swimming pool area is large, lots of loungers Quiet - it can be loud outside but quiet inside Cons Requested a room with a double, got 2 singles. Can push these together but there was still quite a gap. It's buffet style and was tbh - poor, even at a very low additional cost. Tried it twice then decided to eat out. Some basics are ok. Toast, Donuts, coffee, cold cuts of meat, orange and mixed fruits juice . The small hot food area included mini 'frankfurter' (cheap) sausages and not great looking scrambled eggs. The yoghurts expiry date was in 9 months!! Not exactly fresh. Bathroom - the shower was in a bath was quite slippery - the wall mounted shower head holder is not strong enough & loose and was imo DANGEROUS!. The water pressure causes it to lower & then depending on the water pressure, the shower head flies off towards you. It hit my elbow and I almost slipped & fell trying to avoid it. I was very lucky i didn't fall -no shaver plug luggage store not supervised & out of site of staff room service very noisy constantly moving furniture (& a bit grumpy) no ceiling lights in large bed/living area. There were 4 in the much smaller bathroom

Upon arrival we were told that our room had been changed for a better room but we were placed on the side of the hotel where it was extremely noisy. Also we were charged an extra $60 for an extra quest (third person) although there were only 2 of us travelling and stayed in the room. We were told to take the matter of the charge for the third person up with Expedia as they are the one that received payment.

Very clean staff lovely, we were upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom, it was lovely, downside was we couldn't get a poolside room with sun, our view was front &cold, bars below were ridiculously noisy into early hours of morning, impossible to sleep as we were put on first floor
