Lovely stay overlooking the Alhambra entrance.

The restaurant staff need to be friendly, not rude!

Location Great only 2 minutes from Alhambra, very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, quiet room, comfortable bed, air-condition worked well, in room safe, clean bathroom, nice hot water shower. Not good choice for restaurants near by, parking was tough, no blankets provided. Safe area. Walk in shower would be helpful.

First floor looked neglected and outdated Curtains are extremely dusty Breakfast was okay Proximity to historical sites a big plus

Great location ~1 minute walk to the Alhambra entrance and parking. Terrace off the room was great for star gazing at night!

Perfect location next to the Alhambra, good value for money. Had a lovely view. Parking very close to hotel.

If you are going to Alhambra the location could not be better. Literally right across the street. But it’s still a very peaceful and quiet area. Staff were exceptionally helpful, and building is in very good shape. For as inexpensive as it is, a great value. Only issue was the AC did not work well at all and had a musty odor, which was an issue on 99 degree afternoons. That was likely an issue that only affected our room, however, as the air doesn’t seem to be central.

Although old and could do with a slight face lift, it was fabulous, perfect location, quiet walkable to restaurants and Alhambra. Local bus to the centre of town runs every 4 minutes and takes 10 minutes to centre.

Great location, Terrace room has a partial view of the Alhambra. Paid parking was very close. Value price. Breakfast was good.

Old and inconvenient to get to the city. Neighborhood seems unsafe.

Excellent venue for visiting Granada Alhambra. Room had poor views, just a dirty wall, but that was only thing wrong. Rest of room and en-suite clean tidy and good size. As it was for one night it was ok. Bus stop outside to get down into the town and walking distance of Alhambra. Reception was well staffed and good English speakers and knowledgeable. Breakfast is extra but good buffet and well presented.

Excellent service and location. Great breakfast. Easy check -in. Close to all historic buildings.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had a wide assortment of foods. The only reason we gave four stars was because in room 407, the plumbing noise from showers and flushing from the room next door was very loud, which woke us at night.

It's a great place to enjoy the city with good access to Alhambra, Sierra Nevada and old town, as well as to shopping centers and Nevada Mall

We had an excellent time at the hotel. Paulo Rosa at the reception went out of his way to make us feel hospitable with his time and generosity. Wonderful staff overall
