This is a very old property with zero sound proof. The shower was so tiny that we touch the curtains and the wall. Not even a single luggage rack or table to put your luggage on. We booked basic on the excellent reviews but seem to be about a totally different place. Are they fake??

Nice hotel in a good location close to city centre. Large room & bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean. Friendly & helpful staff.

Very nice and helpful people works in this hotel. They will answer all questions and support you with a parking, which could be tricky in the center of Granada. Highly recommend!

Location was amazing. In the middle between historic sites, restaurants, shopping, and at the same time quiet hotel where you don’t hear outside noises. Roberto, in the front desk was the most courteous and helpful person. Always willing to help you as much as he could.

Great service from Fernando and Miguel in the Front Desk. Something we didn't like is not having towels available when we checked in our room.

This is in the heart of the central district in Granada. A few bus stops away from the main train station. Very convenient. Lots of food options. Staff helpful. Just don't try to drive there - not worth nerve wreck negotiating those little alleys.

I would definitely stay at Hotel Sacromonte again. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The front desk was personable and helpful. WiFi connectivity was excellent.

This is a great hotel right in Centro just a couple of blocks from several plazas with lots of bars and restaurants, and easy walking to all the major sights. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful
