Wonderful, polite, smiling, friendly staff

Really nice hotel. Close to station , really good breakfast. Nice food / wine in the restaurant for dinner. Nice staff

Front desk extremely helpful

Stayed here for only 1 night. Parking on site is available but please note it is very, very cramped and difficult to get in and out. The place is comfortable, room was spacious and with good amenities, although somewhat outdated (feels like stuck in the 90s).

Loved the secure parking and the wonderful dinner.

We would give the hotel 9 out of 10, the service, friendliness, helpfulness, the room & location were all very good, The one place it let it's self down was breakfast, even though over all the choice was good the hot food section was empty, not replenished & the bread & whole fresh fruits were not very fresh. We went down to breakfast both mornings at 8.30am, we were not on the last minute so no excuses. We would certainly not let this put us off using again.

La habitación está muy bien. Muy buen confort y limpieza. La ubicación perfecta para aparcar gratis al otro lado del río y para ir a La Llotja. La acústica sin embargo no tan buena, podíamos oír hablar perfectamente a los de las demás habitacioes.

Had no idea how far the history dates back and how important Lleida was as in the 12th century for all of Europe

Hotel clean, friendly staff, English widely understood, didn't arrive until 7pm, and found all dining options closed, which was a big negative, however had room service following night which was good.

Pretty good. Rooms were spotless secure parking but a bit expensive

Great service from reception when we arrived

Needed a clean, decent place for one night in LLeida for a business trip and this was a fine choice. It wasn't fancy (4 star rating is generous) but was perfectly acceptable. The local area was not great as far as choices for food (we were there on a Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed) and parking was pricey if you couldn't find street parking, which we did.
