We had a great stay in the suite with private plunge pool. The hotel was lovely with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Really central to everything including a 24h underground car park

Positives: perfect location in the middle of Valencia, one block from city hall plaza; we were able to bring our dog for a daily fee; they provided a baby cot for our daughter; felt like the hotel was recently renovated; great customer service; had a room on the top floor with great soundproofing (couldn’t hear anything from the street); room had a balcony with furniture which is a rarity for hotels in the area. Negatives: the junior suite that we booked felt small (barely enough space for us to maneuver…I can’t imagine how small the regular rooms were); the suite had a separate sitting area from the bed, but no door between the two so it wasn’t ideal for our young daughter who had a different sleep schedule; only 2 elevators for the whole building plus the staff with only one going to the 7th floor where our room was…often had to wait awhile, especially in the morning; could clearly hear noise from the hallway including a supply closet right across from our room that the staff accessed regularly; gym was small with limited equipment.

Great place to stay, relax and enjoy Valencia. Very central and excellent front desk staff! A bit noisy in the morning when cleaners start to clean.

We stayed in the hotel for business. The hotel is very well located for the centre of Valencia. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast wasn't great so I'd probably recommend room only. The room was small but comfortable.

Great hotel!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Valencia. Rooms were relatively spacious, had a fridge & minibar, and were very clean. They also had air-con so were comfortable to sleep in. Room had double set of windows so was very quiet at night, and curtains were quite dark to keep light out. Breakfast was good, great selection of food & drinks. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the city and only 5 minutes walk to the underground metro. Overall a great hotel, would stay again.
