This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top.

Breakfast was ok what you expect at a buffet breakfast! Pool was beautiful and no rush for sunbeds which I loved! Staff were all lovely and helpful! Perfect location for the beach, shops and the strip! However far enough away where no noise disturbs you! We will be back next year!

Classed as a four star but did not have coffee making facilities, no iron and no bottled water. The breakfast and dinner was as good but it felt like you were in a canteen and not a hotel diner.

This property is fantastic 5 star food, service was excellent, Jackie and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent value. As part of a stag group we wanted to be near the strip but didn't want to be involved in the mayhem at the hotel and this suited perfectly

Good points was location, Hotel was clean, no charge for room safe.bad points were €7 charge for sauna, freezing cold pool that nobody went into,and at weekend noisy stag party in my level making a lot of noise at 4 am, otherwise a quiet hotel, staff were friendly.

Good value for money, staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. Location was good but still noisy in the evenings/, early hours of the morning.

Hotel in perfect location for both quiet and busy area and within walking distance of beach Staff are chatty and very helpful Room cleaned every day Breakfast is the best I have had in Benidorm and breakfast chef is amazing and will make fresh eggs and pancakes without being asked, definitely would return

Me and my partner was well looked after by friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Made us feel like old friends to them. Food was amazing rooms were spotless. Defo coming back

This was our second stay at the Castilla and we will definitely be coming back for third stay... the room was immaculate and cleaned to a high standard every day. the food is very nice and fresh and hot with plenty of choice, and all the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

everything was good but because i book with u and not them i missed out on the welcome pack so dont know why thay treat gusts not the same bad bad bad we all pay the same price also one girl on frount deask very rude a lot of bulding going on next door no lie in
