One of the staff on reception (a blond lady) and a member of the bar staff were the worst I’ve come across in over 40 years of travelling. They were rude and unhelpful. This appears to be a common experience amongst guests. It’s a shame as the hotel is lovely but my advice to fellow travellers would be to look elsewhere.

We enjoyed our state very much. One feature that I like the most was the bedsheets.

This is a hotel, but the villas on the property each includes a car garage. Pretty cool. The villa is 2-story. It is very roomy and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. They also provide free van transport and return into the city center, although the service times are a bit limited.

The hotel is very well located in a beautiful area in a top of a mountain!! Front desk staff were not too friendly and didn’t meet our expectations. Food and beverages and housekeeping staff were great!

The only problem is the odor in the bathroom

The hotel itself was fine, we just had a poor experience. We stayed for one night as a stopover before an early morning flight but booked here based on it having a pool so we were really disappointed to find the whole outdoor area wasn’t open for the season yet. This also meant the hotel was still in ‘winter mode’ and the air conditioning wasn’t available in the rooms despite it being almost 30 degrees. This made the room unbearable at night. We booked a room for one adult and two teenagers and were given a room with two small double beds which added to the uncomfortable nights sleep. We had an early alarm call for our flight on very little sleep as a result.

Great room, really spacious, comfortable and really clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

This hotel is impressive and the Villas are fantastic!

I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom of it to be very slippery

The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM. The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

It was a good stay overall. They have great transportation to the center of the city every hour and back to the hotel.
