Very convenient, beautiful hotel. Room was on 5th floor, spacious and simple tasteful decoration. Staff was very courteous and friendly. We requested “normal” pillows because the room just one long very flat pillow to be shared between us and didn’t work for us side sleepers that wiggle a lot. They quickly supplied the pillows, no fuss. Coffee at the hotel cafe was delicious and staff there was very friendly and prompt. Can’t wait to return, so convenient and comfortable.

Excellent location. Great view from breakfast room however it would have been nice if it was used as a bar area in the evenings given the outstanding view. The cafe on the main floor was excellent and offered a great option for breakfast as well. The 6th floor rooms have pretty water views but the floor above is the buffet room so quite noisy early in the morning. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Staff is outstanding. No gym on the property but they offer a pass to a nearby gym which is very good.

Excellent location within walking distance of old part of town and beautiful views of the bay.

Great location the hotel is going through some renovations which is good . It’s got a lot of character well worth a visit.

If the front desk manager offers you an upgraded room above the street and tells you thisnis a quiet room, trust your instincts and gwt an inside facing room. Terrible and annoying 3 night stay with all the noise from party animals till 6am! Pathetic.

Staff was nice. Shampoo was nice. Noisy but not hotel’s fault. People out enjoying themselves until late into the night.

Such a great place with seemingly endless food and drink options all around.

The breakfast was poor, hot food not being replenished after the early morning customers. 9 o’clock and nothing left for anybody else. Bread cut like doorstops. People walking out with nothing to eat. As what is left is poor quality. Bed uncomfortable, poor quality mattress and pillows, bed also had broken leg.
