We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The staff, facilities and location were all first class …. and that was not to mention the size of our room. Breakfast was lovely and set you up for the day. If visiting Vienna again there is no doubt where we would stay.

choose to stay in old town Vienna? expect old and beautiful inside. Very good location.

Very conveniently located to all key sites I would recommend staying at the Kaiserin Elisabeth but would suggest that you verify the room you are getting. When I arrived I was given a room with a window that did not have clear glass and looked into an air shaft that was uber dark. It took 3 tries to get a proper room.

I really liked the hotel! It was really cute and charming! It is very walkable! The only thing was that Schönbrunn palace is a little bit far but other than that I had an amazing time!
