Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfy beds. The shower in our first room was broken. We spoke to staff the next morning and they immediately offered a new room with a working shower. In the new room, the shower worked, but some outlets and fixtures were still broken. Overall, not a bad experience but for $200 a night in early April, we expected a little more.

Dislike it at all

The room was very small buty ok for one or two nights. The bed is two twin matress'spushed together so expect the seam.

Fredrica was excellent communicating with us prior to arriving. Room was a full bed with private bath. We’re pleasantly surprised to see our room had a private balcony. When we return to Venice, we will definitely look them up again

Shared toilet was clean and kept stocked. Shower is in the corner of the room, which we got a kick out of. No lift available and stairs are a bit steep with luggage. Lots of eateries nearby.

It was an adorable property, but what made the stay was the woman running the property. She helped us out from the very beginning of booking the room. Kept in touch and helped us get to the property. Helped us get our luggage to the second floor. Helped arrange for help when we left for the airport.

Great location near the train station. This is important as you have to carry your bags up a few bridges. Comfortable. Shower pressure a bit low, otherwise fine, I would stay there again for sure

Really nice place with great options for dinning around, and greatt access to transportation

The room was alright, with air conditioning. Bed was clean and comfortable. As everything in Venice, it is a bit small and you have to climb stairs to get to it and into it. We communicated through the staff of the pizzeria next door to check in and when there was a problem. The restaurant is good!

It was a strategic location, easy to find and to visit the city. The things we didn’t like were the quality of the paint on the walls, specifically around the shower and curtains not wide enough, too much brightness when the sun comes up. For the rest, good service and a lovely receptionist. Thank you

Disappointing Shower Experience The room itself was OK, but the shower situation completely ruined the stay. The main showerhead didn’t work at all, and when I called the front desk, they said it was broken and I had to use the handheld sprayer instead. The handheld barely had any water pressure—just a trickle—and it was impossible to even rinse shampoo out of my hair. By the time the third person tried to shower, the water had turned cold, and the handheld sprayer came off the wall. When I mentioned all this at checkout, the front desk staff came to inspect and claimed we had broken the sprayer ourselves. She also insisted that the weak water pressure and lukewarm temperature were “normal.” If you care about having a functional shower during your stay, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Very conveniently located

This place was great. Very convenient location… with a stroller and multiple bags, we essentially just had to cross the major bridge by the train station and a semi bridge and everything else was flat. The front desk while not always there was very clear and nice when we had to get things done. It was pretty easy. The bathroom seems very modern as if it was recently renovated. Not the brightest light in the bathroom but good enough.

The hotel was nice but the shower didn’t work adequately, they did not clean the bathroom during our stay.

I enjoyed my stay.
