Had problems with room and was immediately given a new room and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to bus station, 15 minutes walk to ferry terminal. All sights were within walking distance. Large spacious room. Thanks for making Ceuta a great vacation destination.

Great view from our room and central to walking everywhere. Staff is outstanding, especially Ignacio. Facilities can certainly be updated, but we're here off season and they are working on dune stuff.

Clean but dated, quite noisy, right next to the army base so expect to hear trumpets. Breakfast is really really bad. No eggs, only cold cuts, no coffee, machine is broken and they only have decaf pods. I think it’s very tight for least worst between this and the Ulyses.

At the reception, they calculated the room price for us at 91 euros, at the breakfast, we found out that the price of our room was without breakfast, and breakfast per person was 35 euros. Although in the booking systems the price of the room without breakfast was 65 euros, the price with breakfast was 89 euros...

I had a really enjoyable stay at the Parador of Ceuta. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with beautiful views over the port and just steps away from the historic old town. The building itself has real character, blending modern comfort with a sense of history—especially with the ancient city walls integrated into the grounds. My room was spacious and clean, with a great balcony and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was generous and varied, with plenty of local touches. Staff were professional and welcoming throughout. A great base for exploring Ceuta, whether you're visiting for business or leisure. Would definitely stay again.
