Very nice accommodations. A/C didn’t work though.

Breakfast had a good selection of items, room was a little tired and warm. Think the AC had been turned off due to being later in the year, we had it turned on but no cold which left us with a very warm room. Parking available on the street, €1.60 covers until 11am then €1.60 for two more. Better value than hotel (€16/day) or nearby public (€22/day). 20 minute walk to old centre but prepare for hills! 10 minutes to San Francisco at which has plenty of food options.

Clean room and comfortable bed.

Really nice hotel, staff were all lovely and helpful. The restaurant is serves nice food and is very pleasant to sit in the outdoor section. All around great experience and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when exploring Cuenca!

My stay was excellent...

Lovely hotel and very friendly & helpful staff. I ate here both nights - first night a la carte, second the set menu. The a la carte food is fantastic but the set menu was just average. Room a decent size, though bathroom could do with an update. Bit noisy from corridor, but overall a good hotel in a fantastic and much overlooked city.

The staff were great, very short notice and very late due to Expedia and another hotel letting us down badly. This hotel looked after us.

Hotel was clean but a bit dated. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Room ventilation did not work. No parking as advertised.

Quirky old business hotel with a great staff. Not in the old town of Cuenca, however the walk up the hill is doable. Nice breakfast, towels and a quiet room. Time warp in a good way.

This is an older property but nice, clean and convenient with very good service.

Nice spacious room. Excellent secure garage parking for motorcycle. Nice breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Cuenca is a beautiful town. The hanging houses, San Pablo bridge, etc etc A fantastic stay.

Pleasant hotel with helpful and friendly stuff. Nice and comfortable hotel. Only things the hair dryers are very old and small

The property was in good conditions, even better than pictures. Nice location, but no free parking outside or in the property. It's free Saturdays from 2PM and Sunday outside. If not, you can park 10mim away for free.

Great hotel amazing value.

Le hotel está muy bien. Una ubicación próxima a la zona turística de Cuenca. Fallo el aire acondicionado y no pudieron dar respuesta hasta que finalmente solicitamos un ventilador. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y la limpieza está perfecta.
