Good place to stay

Nice room and hotel location. The staff was great

Room was clean and comfotable. AC not available so we had to leave the windows open. Paid parking very convenient. Staff super kind and helpful. Ate a light dinner in the attached restaurant and it was one of my favorite meals of our trip. The city of Lleida did not impress us, dirty compared to the rest of cities we have visited, but the hotel was fine.

Staff at front desk extremely helpful , especially Alex , who went out of way to find a restaurant and parking for us. Made trip stress free.

But outdated, but OK for just one night...

The beds were in the Goldilocks zone. Not too hard, not too soft. They were just right.

The accommodation was clean and the staff were nice , but the neighbourhood was not safe place

Its a lovely hotel, but no parking and didn't find out till we got there, i was going to leave as I'd booked it as it said it had parking the guy on reception said to leave the bike in front of the hotel and they would keep an eye on it. Won't stay there again as we need parking for piece of mind

Good service, great location

Very clean and totally renovated room with top knotch modern bathroom. Staff is totally courteous and helpful. Centrally located and can’t beat the cost of staying there. It also has a nice restaurant with excellent food and very courteous staff.

Hotel is in good location. We stayed only one night.Brakfast was very poor.

Stayed over for 3 nights. I first got a room next the elevator and was annoyed by the noise, but when I talked about it at the reception, they immediately upgraded me to a better room. Great service, clean and spacious room.

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and attentive. Room was cleaner than to be expected, obviously the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. Location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area and restaurants, and across the street from the river. Wifi was reliable and reasonably fast.

Very moderate accommodations. Reasonably priced restaurant connected to the hotel and close to the train station. We had to request adequate bathroom cleaning and they obliged quickly. Unfortunate, our window had no view of the city. The window faced the center of the building so we only saw concrete and the other hotel windows (square shape. Disappointing view of cold concrete.

Sadly not as friendly and welcoming as it was 5 years ago. The rooms are still large which is great and the bathrooms have been retiled. The location is amazing. Staff were too busy talking to each other to make you feel like they were present in your check-in and check-out. Checking out took 7 minutes because the clerk decided to take a phone call rather than ask them to hold the line a minute.

No where to park the car

Our stay would have been perfectly adequate except when we came to check out and pay. The receptionist ignored me for several minutes until SHE was ready! In the middle of our transaction a man approached and starting speaking to the receptionist who promptly ignored me (again!) and dealt with this other person, without so much as a by your leave!! A full 5 minutes later she turned Tom me to complete our transaction. At the end of this I pointed out the At she had been extremely rude and discourteous, something she clearly did not understand until I had to further explain to her how she had behaved. She did offer an apology, but too late the damage had been done! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is unfortunate because this one person has completely undone all the good work the receptionist had done the previous evening when we've checked in.
