very central, however did not realise, hotel has extra rooms across the street, and also down the street a bit. We were put into one of these rooms. No lift in the overspill part of the hotel, with very dangerous spiral stairs, especially when carrying suitcases, and also above an extremely loud bar/nightclub, which went on until at least 1.30am in the morning. Bed was actually vibrating from the music.

The staff was friendly and efferent. All requests were quickly handled.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room and amenities were more than adequate. Nice breakfast. Location was excellent: 2 minute walk from the Heinrich-Heine-Allee U-Bahn station. Short walk to museums and the river. The wifi was good.

Cheap and cheerful and for the price for a triple room with breakfast you cant fault it. Right in the heart of the old town . Bars and restaurants galore. 20min walk from central station or 5 min on the U bahn

Very nice welcome, room was comfortable, everything worked, cute little gem in walking distance to everything incl. train station, restaurants and bars (old town). Just be aware that the elevator will be shut off during the night and the reception will not be open during night times as well.

Clean and comfortable but basic hotel, ideal for a reasonably priced stay in the Altstadt in Dusseldorf. Plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby and with great transport links. Breakfast in the hotel is continental style.

Rooms are spacious, bathroom was spacious, even though the shower was really small. Probably should've expanded the shower considering the size of the rest of the bathroom? Hotel is in the middle of all the action. Really close to the Dusseldorf metro. Staff was friendly, breakfast was not bad. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area,

Booked to watch Bundesliga game. More of a hostel than hotel surrounded by Irish bars. Great for stag and hens but not much more. Floor and curtains dirty and rooms very tired

Small but decent hotel. I was on opposite side from Altstadt, but some rooms can get a fair amount of late night noise. My room was fine.

Fab location right in the heart of the old town which was buzzing. Hotel was average in fact was a pub on the strip. Breakfast was adequate staff were lovely. Good value for money we got we expected

Budget Hotel , but a pleasant place to stay

The room was compact but with all new fixtures and fittings which made it very presentable. Great bed and linen. Breakfast was an amazing start to the day. Staff were very helpful and pleasantly provided assistance.

Comfortable and clean. No wifi in room. Close to lots of restaurants, opera house, etc.

Really central, lovely helpful staff and the free breakfast was nice. Staff helped with printing boarding passes and telling us what to do in the local area. The only negative I have is that there was no wifi in the rooms or English channels(despite them being in reception). Great for the Christmas markets- will be back

Breakfast was great.Shower was nice and hot.Staff was friendly. Heating perfect. We missed bedside lamps and complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Couldn't appreciate the hairs in the bathroom from the previous guest. Crockery was dirty. No wifi in apartment.
