Nice big bathroom, comfortable bed

Check in was not the friendliest...The hotel is very dated with the mirror, soap and shower gel dispensers very high on the wall so not convenient for shorter people. Parking £10 extra which meant not the greatest room rate. Car park not well sign posted so expect a trip around the block. Best thing is location as very central.

Breakfast was very enjoyable, quality ingredients.

The room was perfect; parking was great after I found the entrance (not clearly marked). On booking in, the receptionist was particularly welcoming. However on signing out, the different receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional!

Overall I was not impressed with the hotel and the facilities. They do not have a restaurant service for guests on the weekends - I have never stayed in a hotel which does not cater for guests before. The room was spacious, but not very warm and I could not get the radiator to work. The "rainforest" shower in the bathroom did not work, meaning I had to use the hand-held shower. (Room 311) I consider the hotel to be overpriced.

Hotel was OK. Room was quite nice, but bathroom was a little tired. Breakfast wasn’t great, cold coffee and tea and limited selection. Unpleasant music playing constantly in all public areas. Central location was convemient.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Poor staff who are rude and have no idea how to handle a fire alarm. Rooms are dirty and food is terrible. Do not stay here

Quick check in. We oaid fir oarkung as theres a machine as you walk in and pre stay email said oarking was payable. So we paid. But reception advised free parking was an expedbooking perk. No refund as a diffrrent company. Lovely room , big and comfy bed for a double, good hot shower and amenties good. Great location.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient for exploring Worcester. Great staff. Michelle was very accommodating. Room was in back of hotel which was quieter until 6.45am on Sunday morning when scaffolders were dismantling scaffolding!!! Spa was good but small. Would have been good to have adjoining door from hotel open instead of walking outside. Lovely clean room. Good breakfast. Would certainly recommend.

Best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Added bonus of pool etc

Nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I would change the weekend breakfast time to a little earlier, if I had a large coach party in as you did. It was very crowded at 8am and seats were hard to come by.

The only minor problem was that there were no power sockets near the head of the bed. It means my iPhone is across the room at night for charging. I have problems walking which did not help.
