Location was great and very helpful staff.

Everything was good

Booked as wanted to be close to Buckingham Palace. Comfy bed, great shower and large tv. 24hr reception and room service available

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover. It was perfect for my needs; a place to close my eyes. I was able to walk to all the major tourist spots comfortably, and there are tube stations nearby to easily get back to Heathrow!

Decent location although there are pickpocketed in the neighborhood. Beware. We reserved for a room with two twin beds and instead were given a very small double bed in the basement with no windows. Just enough room to walk around the bed to get to a small shower room. The sheets on the bed were dirty (looked like someone had an accident) and they only clean rooms every two days unless you pay extra.

Easy access to public transportation, Short walk to some famous landmarks in London. Staff were attentive and helpful with our raised issue. Lift was under repair when we checked in but staff helped us with our luggage. I would go back again.

Lovely staff and good location for what I needed. Onky downside was the bed felt likeit had a raised plank underneath but was manageable for one night stay. Value for money.

Good location a short walk to Victoria station, Westminster and The Palace.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Made a long trip easy. Rooms were clean and kept tidy. Location exceed my expectations as it was only 3 minute walk to tube on Victoria Line-right into the heart of the tourist spots of London.

Appalling. I checked in only to find that my bed's linens had yellow stains on them. I sent a photo to the WhatsApp number provided, and a few minutes later got a text that they would come up and look. An hour later, no one had come up. I spent that time discovering that the 'chair' (stool) in the room was also stained, and that there was some wear and dirt in the bathroom - though in the case of the bathroom, I am not sure it was any worse than any other budget hotel. Anyway, I grabbed my luggage and went downstairs, since it was clear no one was coming. The woman at the front desk offered to switch me to a different room, but why would you want to stay in a place with such low standards and poor service? I asked for a refund via Hotels.com, which said that since I was offered a new room, I was not entitled to one. Sometimes in life, you get what you pay for. In my opinion, at this hotel, you don't even get that. I would avoid it with all possible effort.

Smaller room than we are use to. I tripped twice coming down the 5 inch drop out of bathroom. Easy to forget in the middle of the night

Most things were clean, bedding bathroom etc though everything was worn. The mattress was dipped, everything could do with a paint, there was multiple moths too so keep your cases/bags closed. It was strange they aren't huge rooms to have so many. Bathroom has been cleaned and bedding was clean, most other things too. But the remote didn't look like it had been, the floor didn't look like it had been vacummed in a while so I always kept my shoes on. But I didn't feel at risk in there, and you didn't really hear the other guests. Not sure on fire safety with some doors always open

Nice comfy room, clean with your own bathroom and tv, perfect for a quick stop over.
