A small hotel, extremely well located. They have in the room all the necessary items you need. The Wi-Fi is very good. I recommend it

The manager Roberta is a terrible representation of this hotel. her disgusting attitude and negligence got my car towed at £360 pounds. It’s common courtesy to inform guest about parking ANYWHERE. She did not. The hotel itself is cute, small but neat. The A/C didn’t work and I had to sleep with the window open. My room is also a fire safety issue as my door is at a right angle with the fire exit/hallway door. Can not have my door open while that one is open, as it impedes either of us from moving.

Beautifully decorated hotel with high spec. Comfortable bed and room had thoughtful amenities and extras that made the stay more preferable than popular chain hotels! Could not fault at all.

The room was extremely small, but I had expected that. There was a lift to the fourth floor, but then a long staircase, so dealing with bags was difficult. The location is excellent.

The location was good, close to quite a few restaurants and Earls Court tube station. The breakfast is quite good. It was advertised as air conditioned hotel but we were extremely disappointed when the room didn’t feel air conditioned at all. It was during the heat wave and I had to go and buy an electric fan to survive the night. They said they would have someone fix it the next morning. It seems to work for an while and it stopped working during the night so I was drenched in sweat the next morning. It was just too uncomfortable to stay when it is hot.

Minifridge advertized. No minifridge in room. No attempt at getting minifridge for room.

Location of property is central and accessible to the tube and restaurants.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel, it had a great location with tube station, bars, shops and restaurants just a very short walk away. Hotel was very clean with lovely friendly staff. Only negative was the room I booked was very small, I wouldn't recommend if you were staying for more than a couple of nights as we stayed in the small double room. I would definitely stay there again but book a standard or superior room next time.

Decent hotel in a great location. Rooms are average size but very clean and quiet. Breakfast was limited. Overall very reasonably priced and comfortable for the location.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel smart, room clean and well laid out. Breakfast sufficient but as it doesn’t start until 7.30 rather a rush to check out and leave for a train early.

Nice staff. Helpful. Quiet area located close to a busy area with transportation, restaurants and pubs.
