This Hotel is superb. Spotlessly clean. Staff are wonderful. The restaurant is a delight and great value. Top Alsace cuisine don’t miss this great restaurant.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Great location just outside of Colmar. Huge, spacious, corner room. All was great except we discovered the jacuzzi tub (there was no shower) had a broken handheld showerhead that sprayed water from the bottom, so it made it hard to bathe while not watering the rest of the bathroom. In addition, we had no hot water at all. After realizing this we took cold showers which was quite the wake up call!! Everything else was great and we did notify the staff at checkout so that they could resolve these issues for the next guest.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the ac.even though was working it was too hot in the room. Room, bathroom and facility is clean and welcoming.

The receptionist was amazing, I was upgraded to a very nice room, the parking was plentiful.

Loved our stay at Hotel L'Europe! The room was spacious with lots of storage - it appeared to be recently redecorated as it smelt faintly of paint, the carpet was plush and everything was modern and clean, including a modern bathroom! Great base from which to explore Colmar - plenty of parking on site.

We stayed here for one night en route back from Italy. Hotel is situated within easy reach of the main road and there are some facilities within walking distance for food. There is plenty of parking onsite. The hotel and room was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. There was shower gel and handwash provided. Breakfast was included and there were adequate options to choose from on a help yourself basis.

It was very modern, clean excellent staff & a great location for needs.

Convenient one-nighter during our trip to the south and parking is safe and free. Refurbished hotel. Public areas are spacious. Rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast buffet layout is somewhat chaotic but many choices.

Nice property with easy access from main road. Staff were polite and friendly. We had booked a room with a terrace thinking that it would be on the ground floor...it was on the first floor, and terrace meant balcony. (Just in case this is important for anyone). There is a lift, but this was out of action and being repaired on our arrival. The room was clean and spacious, the balcony a nice outside space with table and chairs. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

My only personal discontent was the pillows!!
