It’s important to mention that this hotel only has one floor. So technically you’ll be staying on the second floor. Which is fine. The sea view rooms offer an incredible view of the sea, beach and promenade. Gated but limited parking at 10 euro a night was a great perk. Although there’s plenty of street parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little outdated and simple but clean. Toilet and shower/bathtub/sink are separate. Rolling shutters provide extra sound insulation and keep your room from overheating during the day. Air conditioning worked fine as well. Wifi was a little wonky. It kept going out. Only strange thing is that you’re supposed to leave the room key with the concierge when leaving the hotel. Not really a problem since the concierge is there 24/7. Even if you return at 2am someone would be there. Lots of dining options in the area. The hotel is located about 15-20 mins drive from Nice. We visited in the beginning of high season may 29-june 3. Traffic was not bad at all. I read all these stories about how difficult it is to drive in Nice due to narrow roads and traffic congestion. But had no problems at all. Plenty of parking garages too. If you’re from a big city you’ll find traffic in Nice and neighbouring cities very tolerable. Of course the roads are narrow and there were a few challenging roads but if you’re an experienced driver especially if you’re from anywhere in Europe it shouldn’t be a problem. Overall the hotel was a great value.

Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Short walk to the station so great location for travel to other towns and the airport. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff is absolutely amazing. So warm and welcoming. Parking for 10€ was so convenient. We found many good cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Very close to the airport, so a great place to spend a transition night

Had a great experience overall, the location is really nice, the surface easy parking and access to the beach (walkable area) makes it very convenient.

The Family room was a nice size for just my wife and I. It was clean and comfortable. The daily maid service was prompt and efficient. The people working at the front desk were very friendly and polite. The view of the French Riviera from our balcony was spectacular. The only drawback was the traffic at the busy intersection below. We were only one story up (1st floor) so it wasn’t very quiet. I would stay at this property again, but would request an upper floor.

Average rooms, clean and comfortable, with small balcony. Very close to beach and a few good restaurants. Most of the building is longer-term rentals.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. We stayed in room 20 which was above a restaurant and was very noisy as where the neighbours above and other hotel residents the rooms are definitely not soundproof there also lots of traffic until late at night. The bath could do with cleaning as it was dirty around the mixer tap.

Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, it was lovely an convient , right by the beach, staff we ever so friendly, the room was comfortably and clean, it done us for 3 nights, plenty of restaurants and shops close by, will definitely stay there again.

It’s not much space and tables to put stuff , and the toilet has no fan !
