Functional and cheap

I stay here pretty often which speaks for itself but it’s just a stopover so I probably wouldn’t recommend it for visiting Orleans itself. Great breakfast

Nice hotel. only stayed one night but was fine for what we needed. bed was really comfortable. Rooms are very small, but if all you need is a place to sleep then its perfectly fine. would stay again

Very friendly and helpful staff! Less then 10 min walk to the Tram

There is very limited parking here and rather tight. Front desk staff is very friendly. Room was small and clean. Bathroom is cruise ship tiny.

Was moved to an alternative hotel which was absolutely fine

le petit dejeuner un peu cher, car 9€ pour un cafe, un croissant et un jus d'orange... pour le reste, tout a fait recomendable.

Great value and service

We booked and paid online, but when we arrived the reception was closed and the automated machine couldnt find our booking so we had to pay again. We will be actively seeking a refund for the original booking. Otherwise the hotel was basic but this was what we expected. Please advise how to cliam refund for lost booking . Thanks

Just horrible. The room is so tiny, and it’s not very comforting. Feels like a Prison cell, I couldn’t wait to get out. The bathroom grossed me out. Reception area looked ok and the outside of the hotel but upon entering the room , there goes the shocker 😔

It was bad, I will never return there
