Terrible experience. The front desk employee, Julian, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The property advertises on-site parking, but upon arrival we were informed that no parking was available. When we asked for assistance or clarification, Julian became aggressive and confrontational instead of helping resolve the issue. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. Additionally, the surrounding area did not feel safe. I would not recommend staying here.

I loved this hotel! The staff was awesome and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was perfect with 2 sinks. My only issues were the following—and they are not deal breakers. Somewhere it should say that the hotel does not face a street you are driving on. That is unclear. Breakfast price was reasonable with TONS of different foods BUT the food, like eggs was NOT hot. Even when I told them and they heated mine in the microwave they dis nothing to fix the problem.

Wow!!!! From Check in with Jesus to getting into our room was just amazing! Then the room was just spectacular one of the most comfortable beds we have stayed in. The location is wonderful, walking distance to some amazing sights. Could not recommend this place enough.

The family room was very comfortable, very large bed plus a single and a cot but the room didn’t feel over crowded. Great to have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool in the hot weather! Nice breakfast with good variety. The location is perfect- a short walk to the centre, not too noisy or busy. Our journey from the airport was very straightforward. Also right next to the botanical gardens which were lovely.

Amazing spot

Good central location, but noisy area at night. Both of the room balcony doors didn’t properly close, leaving large gaps, so was hard to sleep with thenoise. Otherwise room in good condition . Breakfast better than expected range wise, but low on staff, tables didn’t get cleared or cutlery on tables replenished after cleaning them. Bread was very good, but single coffee machine half broken during stay. Staff was nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. We appreciated the delicious breakfast, clean and spacious room, helpful staff, and the wonderful location close to great sites and the botanical garden.

This as a lovely little property in the El Botànic neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying here and found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast add on was definitely worth it - delicious with lots of choices! The neighborhood was easy to walk around and there were several restaurants nearby plus the Botanical Gardens were practically around the corner which was a very laid back and enjoyable experience after all the crazy fun of The Fallas! A couple of blocks away was the main road so access to taxis was easy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice clean boutique hotel. Great location adjacent the city botanic garden. Sometimes noisy by walking traffic or kids playing. The church next door had bells ringing for nearly 30 minutes on Sunday morning. It could use and there is signage of and renovation/update. Bathroom lighting is not good for face mirror usage.

Beautifully furnished hotel, extremely spacious and well equipped rooms. Staff are super friendly and give great recommendations. The highlight was the complimentary city tour from a local born and bred Valencian who brought us around and showed us the best of the city even despite the weather. Thank you so much Pablo - you made our stay even more amazing! ✨

This was a lovely room with beautiful decor, great clothing storage, a very large room, bright windows and bathroom. The jacuzzi was a great addition, easy to fill, stayed warm, comfortable for two people. The hotel is small, and showed some areas of being dated, but it has had great upgrades. The restaurant had great food and coffee. It was a close location to most of old town. I didn't like the area to the West, but that was ok, as most of what we needed was to the East and south.

Hotel is stylish, roomy and comfortable with amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Location is excellent. Breakfast is rather good! (British understatement..)

Staff were so friendly, room was spacious and very clean, the hotel feels very modern. The location was terrific, near many sites and close to the heart of the old city. Walkable from the train station and a very quiet neighborhood.

Staff are wonderful. Breakfast, meh. Great location. Would have breakfast elsewhere for the price/quality.
