Like almost everything.. staff was very friendly

The room was very small with windows on the roof. The shower was very tiny, and the sink is very small with a shelf on top of it, which makes impossible to wash the face.

Great location, good queen sized bed and linens and modern bathroom with excellent shower pressure and water temperature. Storage with safe and hangers. Would book again.

Location is excellent! Walking distance to Louvre and metro stations. Close to Opera station as well. Surrounded by so many good eating places and bubble tea places. Shower is great. Well it doesn’t look that fancy but good. Just wish they add a curtain so that water won’t spill all over. The thermostat doesn’t really work so be prepared. We are pretty low with maintenance didn’t ask for room service all the time. Overall, good experience with good price!

Staffs are wonderful. Bathrooms is awful and has a foul smell the entire time. Water overflows from shower and covers the entire bathroom floor. They on make beds and replace towels. The floor is ot cleaned

The hotel is good, excellent area, everything is within walking distance and there are tube stations very close by. The only drawback I had was that the air conditioning didn't work and we had to use a fan that came with the room, but apart from that, it's a very good hotel.

Staff is great. Room is fine. Old carpeted public areas are worn and give off a dirty odor. But if you are just looking for a place to stay at night it is sufficient for its purpose. (Please note there is no lift).

The worth hotel I ever stay!!!!

The cleaning staff omit to fully replenish the room. Towels one day and hair conditioner the other day. Room is very close to Louvre museum, restaurants and relatively close to multiple metro stations and lines.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in a really great location. Rooms are small but clean, well provisioned and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Do not stay here if stairs are a problem — it was not for us. Fantastic Asian dining options around the hotel - we loved it.
