The room was clean and the shower was amazing. Ideally located close to the marina and so many sites were in easy reach on foot.

Clean; mostly a quiet neighborhood ; enjoyable breakfast & great coffee Kind front desk staff on all shifts. Great location.

Nice clean room, area to leave luggage before check in, breakfast was ok, but could use more protein.

Good basic hotel with clean rooms and the basics covered. Great location near the port and end of La Rambla. Tucked away in a small laneway of the old quarter.

We have stayed at Hotel Canton 3 times whenever we visit Barcelona Great access to Rambla and centre

Shower only had glass on one side. Floor always got wet & there was mold on the grout in that area. The bed was rock hard. Coffee was not provided in the room.

I stayed at the Hotel Canton for an extended time (12 days) so I felt I got to know the facility very well. My room was modern in all respects. And both my room and the hotel were spotlessly clean. The entire staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. When I checked in, I requested a room with lots of light above all else. The room I got (207) had two glass french doors leading out to a generously sized balcony (approx. 3 by 12 feet) which I would use in late afternoons for reading. The shower was the best I've experienced, with outstanding water pressure. It was a pleasure! The hotel has several convenience stores very close by. Overall, I was very pleased with my choice and would stay there again.
