Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Pamplona’s main plaza — you can’t beat the location! Everything is within walking distance: charming restaurants, local shops, and all the vibrant energy of the city. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character. If you’re a fan of Ernest Hemingway, this is the place to stay — you can feel the literary history and charm throughout. A perfect spot to experience Pamplona’s culture and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Staff was helpful and room was superb. I figured out why Hemingway and others have stayed here. Definitely would stay here again. Nice location in the middle of it all with many fine restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nice hotel, great location

We loved the elegance of this hotel - superb location to access the old town centre! The room was really spacious and the bathroom facilities were also excellent. We also loved the small extra touches like a bottle of wine and the chocolates too! The staff were very helpful, kind and efficient. I’d highly recommend staying here!

amazing. Amazing staff and such a beautiful hotel. the breakfast was amazing. you can walk everywhere. wish I stayed longer. will definitely come back. Very historical and the location couldn't be better. Loved the entire city so colorful and vivacious. highly recommend.

Staff were very helpful

Hotel was great staff super friendly, room and bed excellent. Only issue if you are driving a car, it was challenging even with GPS. The roads into the square get confusing

There was no room upgrade and very little interaction

Delightful old-world charm. Beautiful with an actual physical room key one leaves at the front desk. Elegant details and “edible gems” in the room delighted my senses. I wish I had been able to stay longer.
