One of the best experiences I’ve had in Spain. The staff was really nice and I was warmly welcomed. I was very sensitive to noise so the receptionists help me change to a very quiet room, and they were nice enough to extend my checkout time for a hour. The location is very nice if you plan a trip on bus to Granada since it’s only 5min walk to the bus station. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, this boutique hotel exceeded every expectation. My daughter and I were warmly greeted at the door by the friendly staff, who offered as a glass of water or champaign - such a lovely touch after traveling. We were escorted up to our beautiful room complete with a balcony and a welcome note and bottle of champagne waiting for us. The room was absolutely lovely. I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to recommending restaurants. The bar tender deserves a s[pecial mention- he was a delight. He crafted delicious drinks, shared great information on the area and new all the American basketball teams. This hotel is a perfect blend of beauty, comfort and exceptional service.

This was our favorite of all the hotels we stayed at while on a trip to Spain and Portugal. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Location was spot on to be able to walk to everything. The room was superbly comfortable and CLEAN. We would never stay anywhere else in Sevilla.

We regularly visit hotels in Spain, particularly Seville so we were excited to see what the fuss was about given the top reviews. We were slightly disappointed by our stay - the rooms had a musty smell and quite small, but the bathrooms were lovely. We struggled to find too many luxury elements vs comparable hotels in the old town. The location is ok but there are better options for around a similar price point.

This was an incredible stay right from the moment we got into Seville. Driving can be tight in these old towns, but as I approached the hotel, pulled up literally RIGHT next to the front door, Thomas approached and welcomed us. A valet driver appeared and whisked our vehicle to safety. We got situated at the front desk, handed some sparkling wine, and went through the check in process. We finished, were handed our room key, and told that our luggage was already brought up to the room! Amazing service! Once we opened the door, we were floored by the beautiful design and decorating features of the room. Very beautiful and comfortable! Would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly!
