Great room, friendly staff, very good location

Great hotel to stay in Valencia - very clean, good continental breakfast and the hotel’s staff is very nice.

It was very clear that people who stayed before us smoked in the room.

Shower wasn't working on the room, having been charged £250 a night. Response when reported to reception was that they couldn't call maintenance as it was a Sunday and provided no solution to what is an essential part of service. Only offered a free breakfast late in the day

Room was good- staff was pleasant - Amenities were mediocre-

We didn't have breakfast and didn't need parking so neither of those things were applicable. Loved the hotel and the staff.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is exactly what is advertising. Basic amenities but that is what I need. Good location to old town and Valencia Cathedral. Great hotel and I would stay again

Everything has been perfect! I have extended my stay multiple times. Everything is spotless, the friendliest and kindest staff ever! Across the street from the North Train Station and about a 10-12 min walk to the the South Train Station (larger one). Convenient to everything! If I am fortunate to return to Valencia, I will return to this wonderful hotel.
