Great experience here. Staff were very helpful. Loved the sight seeing and food recommendations that were provided by the male staff member upon check in. He was lovely and always obliging. The hotel also has a gym and sauna that are available. It was great to have that option after the long days of travel. Would highly recommend staying here as it is less than a 2min walk from Estacion del Nord and super convenient if you are travelling by train. The hotel is also a short walk to most attractions in the city!

Convenient location, close to city centre and railway station. Vety neat and quiet.

This is a fantastic hotel right next to the North Station, the city centre and all the key areas are that I like to visit when I go to Valencia. The hotel is well looked after, clean with great staff. They also gave me two bottles of water for a two night stay which is essential in the summer heat of July. Air conditioning worked perfectly and I had a lovely balcony overlooking the train station and plaza de toros.

Hotel was very close proximity to train station and only a short walk to main attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable although not very big and we struggled to place an open suitcase anywhere other than the bed. The doors did not block out much noise from the hallway and cleaning & hoovering starts early in the morning which is a bit disturbing. With that being said, it was a well maintained hotel with complementary water, tea and coffee.

Cannot fault hotel. Everyone very friendly. Breakfast choice was enough to start your day exploring Valencia. Location is excellent for links to centre and airport. Overall an excellent base for anyone staying in Valencia

We loved our stay, it was our first holiday as a family with our 1 year old, and the hotel was perfectly located for the train, access to the shops, restaurants etc Staff were friendly, and as I have been learning Spanish were really patient with me in understanding I preferred to speak Spanish to practice.

Newly renovated hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms with bathroom separated from bedroom. The receptionist (who worked on nights of April 6-8) was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. With fluently English, he impressively provided all the detail information we need to know (marked on a map all the attractions with transportations; markets, restaurants with open times; direction to Joaquín Sorolla Station etc). He surprised us by remembered our room number when we checked out on the 4th morning. In overall, we had great time in Valencia, loved both restaurants recommended and enjoyed our stay in Hotel Zenit. A highly recommended hotel.

The staff is so welcoming and Carolina is an amazing professional. She has always been helpful and extremely polite.

Super hotel if you're traveling by train.

This place was in a perfect location for exploring the central city and the staff were friendly and very helpful! Wonderful breakfast even for vegans like us!
