Great welcome and comfortable room which was thankfully on the first floor as wouldn't have liked to negotiate three floors of spiral stairs with heavy luggage (no lift). We don't do breakfast, but gave in to temptation of the leftover croissants left out at reception, so delicious. Short stroll to the railway station in a smart quiet area. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were very clean, the manager was very nice and helped with the luggage. He was also available for any problems we had. Beds are comfortable and the TV has access to Netflix. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting all of the major sites, all within walking distance.

Excellent service from the staff and fortunately, we saw no dogs.

This is one of the best accommodation experiences I've had. Location fantastic - not in the tourist area, but still in the old section and only 5 min walk to all the action, plus a fab patisserie and a mini-supermarket around the corner. Staff were amazing - stored our bikes safely, and couldn't do enough for us. The accommodation itself was just brilliant, we were lucky enough to be in one of the self contained flats and it was gorgeous, cosy, super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We extended our stay from one night to four nights. Loved this hotel, loved Nîmes, loved the amazing patisserie around the corner (La Fougasse), loved everything about our visit here.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location. I booked a small room and there was enough space. The room could do with a little sprucing up in places, but clean and comfortable. It was up three flights of stairs, so may be an issue for others. Some hotels in France have some kind of water fountain to reduce plastic, so that was missing. But otherwise a great place and I would stay again.

We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect location to walk to from the train station, and also from which to explore the town. The staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast was great, no complaints at all.

Stayed here as we missed our train. This was very close walk to Nîmes Central Station and it was a great stay! The room was renovated, nice and clean. Staff was courteous as well.

We were pleasantly suprised, this hotel is well maintaiined and clean with nice rooms with enough space. Reception were friendly and helpful. Located on a quiet street it was quiet but only 5 minute walk to station, and to Arena in Nimes town. Wish we had opted for 2 nights i stead of 1.

The staff was exceptional, especially Miriam. A quick check-in at the reception and nice orientation for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom and water closet were very tight on space, with very little room to maneuver, a serious inconvenience. We were also not aware that there is no elevator! Be prepared for climbing stairs.

Amazing staff who were always friendly and offering assistance and recommendations. They asked on my first day whether I wanted to speak in English or French (which I appreciated as I need to brush up on the latter).

It was very convenient for the railway station and the old town
