Great place, we loved our stay at Jardin in Bern

The hotel had no air conditioning, no refrigerators in the rooms no service at the front desk. Our phone was broken and the front desk refused to provide us with another phone. The rooms looked like a hostile and the pictures online do not reflect reality. Shame on you overall and awful experience watch out!!!

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing! The only complaint was the tiny balcony and the view from the balcony was an alleyway.

Check in was not ideal after travelling all day.

Perfect location for sporting events in Bern. Clean, friendly and excellent breakfast. Will stay here again next time we have a tournament in Bern. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing I would’ve liked different would’ve been maybe some more pillows and new water every day in my room

The welcome was lovely, the gentleman on reception was friendly and even took time to tell us where we should visit in the city, and a walking route that offers the most amazing views. The room was lovely and had everything we could want for our one night stay. The balcony off the room was lovely and a great place to sit to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Came in tried from hiking in Interlaken, staff was great, room was ready - next day they stored our luggage and give us umbrellas to use while we toured the old part of town in the rain, breakfast was also very good.

The owner made sure that he came back for our late check-in as we were driving in from out of town. The staff in the morning was very friendly too and breakfast had plenty of choices.

A quaint hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but sufficient. No AC with the summer heat resulted in a warm room. It would cool off at night by opening the windows, but without screens there were lots of bugs. I woke up to two bees in the bathroom and many bug bites. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

We were met by Andreas who is a wonderful and energetic person. We stayed there for one night in July; free easy parking; 10 minute walk to the rose garden and another 5 minutes to the old town. Two great restaurants nearby (make reservations); The rooms dont have AC but with the fan and windows open it was very comfy; delicious breakfast too. thank you

Hotel Jardin was perfectly located. Close to public transportation, yet quiet. The hotel was perfect for our needs, and the breakfast was also much appreciated.
