What can I say except what a little gem of a hotel this is. Perfectly situated for the city centre with a fantastic authentic italian restaurant underneath. We had a warm welcome from the family who run the hotel. Room was spotless. We will definitely be returning. Grazie 😊

A lovely small hotel off the main road but perfectly located for exploring the old town area of Verona. Lovely, helpful staff, comfortable room and nice hot shower. A real hidden gem!

Very clean hotel, great helpful staff, lovely rooms, good bfast, very central. 20 mins walk from train station. Plenty of bars and eateries

Hotel very clean, rooms spacious breakfast lovely, staff brilliant, 5 mibs to the Arena and within the old city. Train station 20 min easy walkibg. Only downside no kettle in the room but the staff were lovely and gave us a jug of hot water. Aircon off for the winter.

Breakfast was simple, but adequate with croissant ExPreso or cappuccino machine.. fresh fruit…etc. Was very close to everything walkable.. room was very clean. Good stay for overnight or a couple days. There was a refrigerator in the room… the bed and pillows were a little hard..

Such a great host hotel exceeded our expectation

Quiet, well-kept, attentive staff located a short walk from Piazza Bra and the other major attractions in the old city center. Room was typical of European hotels, clean and comfortable.

Great location walking distance to the old town and Verona Arena. Extended for a day and hotel made arrangement so we did not have to change rooms.

Staff were good

The owners were lovely, very friendly. We had an economy room which was basic but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Air con was great and we definitely needed it. Excellent location, very central. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely little hotel in a side street, a short walk from all the delights Verona has to offer. The staff was attentive and super friendly, the room was spotless. Not a flashy noisy touristy hotel - quite the opposite, a welcome homely discovery next to the beating heart of Verona.

lovely small hotel close to Arena, just short walking distance from centre, restaurants etc. Just on the edge of the ZTL so can access by car but note NO parking space nearby, so need to use a multistorey which is some 600m away, a short walk but a fair drive back due to one way roads and river.

The staff are very friendly and easy walk to many nice locations and restaurants

This property was perfect and the staff was excellent. We went when it was so hot and this was the best AC we had in the 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy. Would definitely stay again!
