Only stayed for one night but the breakfast was fine and the ambiance was refreshing.

The location of the hotel makes it so easy to cummute in and out of Venice. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

The staff member we dealt with was excellent, she was very friendly, helpful and extremely kind to us all during our stay. The proximity to the city of Venice, made easier with the number 2 bus stop only 100 metres from the hotel.

Fantastic staff! Staff was nice to allow an early checkin by a couple of hours. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located to train station and bus stop. Getting to Venice was easy because of proximity to public transport. Breakfast was excellent with a great number of choices. Service was personalized as the hotel is small with a limited number of guests. Would recommend strongly and will stay here again, if we get a chance to visit Venice again.

Although it's a bit far from Venice, public transportation is convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value!

Nice Hotel with convenient access to Venice. Bus stop with bus route to Venice was around the corner from the hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants around the hotel. Our room was a bit small but very nice with a comfortable bed. Nice breakfast was included and hotel price. Gated parking was provided for an extra fee. Overall an excellent place to stay for exploring Venice.

It is very easy to get to Venice by using a local bus, very close to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful.

The room was perfect for us. I enjoyed being away from the crowds at night. The breakfast was an excellent way the start our day.

Great stay. Rooms were clean and staff was lovely to deal with. The breakfast was surprisingly good and had lots of options. It's just a short walk to the bus, train station or parking garage and hence the old city of Venice. Would recommend.
