It was a really nice hotel. Very clean and the staff so good to me. Breakfast was very delicious. The best location ever.

The location is just great. The room was clean, the staff let me in even before the check-in time and the breakfast was nice. The elevator was helpful too. On the downside, you can hear your neighbors talking.

Very basic place but I booked last minute and got a cheap rate. I didn't spend long in the room but it could certainly have done with a refresh. Friendly staff, however, and check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Location was great too. Wouldn't recommend for couples or those looking for a relaxing weekend break but if you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head it's a good option.

There were toenail clippings on the top of the bedspread when I entered and the layout of the room was very tight that I had trouble maneuvering to get to my hung-up clothes. The bed took up 90% of the room. The location was convenient, however.

Great location with a good breakfast and a fun atmosphere. Beds are a 6/10 comfort, very small room and bathroom. We did not get charge the amount Expedia had quoted. which is never fun.

When I arrived and I explained about the payment that Hotels says , the girl in the reception was a bit rude with me and I didn’t like it at all , but the hotel is in a good location and the rooms are ok for a few nights.

Tiniest hotel and room. A bit old and shabby. Close to attractions etc. Clean enough. It was fine for our one-night stopover in Brussels, and inexpensive. Stripped-down room, bare essentials only. Front desk was staffed at all hours.

Good location in a safe neighborhood. In walking distance from the European Parliament. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well serviced rooms. A little too small room for longer stay but enough space for a short visit. Good choice for budget accommodation.

Quiet room and warm in winter. No complementary drinking water and coffee at least for the time you arrive there after a long trip. Please use tap water and pay 1 euro for coffee. Bed was not in a good shape and noisy. Overall it is ok for at most a cou of days.

The apartments are quite old and with age comes some stains, dirt and weathered rooms. They also advertise air conditioning (as most of the hotels in the area) but the only air conditioning was the open window and fan they had. Good area, ok hotel.

The room was so small that you had the choice of suitcase on the bed to move around or suitcase on the ground and you can't enter or exit the room because the door would be blocked. The hallways were almost too narrow to carry a suitcase through, and I would be very surprised if the elevator would hold more than 1 person.

Stayed here for 4 nights in late-September. The hotel location, in the centre of the Ixelles district, is near to both the city centre and the European Quarter. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, eateries, bars, etc. within a few minutes walk. Probably the best element of my experience was the comfort of the contour pillows, which mould to the shape of your head - hence, I slept very well whilst staying here. In addition, room was of adequate size and relatively clean and the WiFi worked well. Negatively, I did find the bathroom basin very small and the mixer tap didn't seem to have a cold setting. Also, there was a chlorine-like smell in the lift - probably due to laundry being transported in it. Recommended on the basis of location, WiFi and - particularly - the pillows.

I stayed there for 2 days. The room and especially the bathroom was very small. Internet disconnects every 2 minutes. The bathroom is not very clean.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, the last time 17 months ago. I've seen several reviews of this hotel that are not only unfair but misrepresentative. I was not over charged on the 'web price' on either occasion. The hotel is very central and close to Avenue Louise and central Bruxelles, it's a short walk to many of the attraction including Musee Magritte and Mannequin de Pis. The rooms are small, but that is not a problem - how much time do you actually spend it your room? But the rooms are clean with an en-suite shower and toilet. The cost of the room (a double for single use) at 78 Euros was excellent value. I've stayed in similar sized room in central London and paid twice as much. The staff are all very polite and helpful and are multi-lingual. This hotel is not glitz and glamour, but it is functional and very good value for central Bruxelles.

Our room was small and very dark. The bathroom was tiny and had only a thin accordion, closet type door.
