I was on a 5 night solo trip & the staff could not have made me feel more welcome. As it is a small hotel you receive a personal touch. It was my birthday while there & my son & his partner arranged via Giulia beautiful flowers & champagne to be delivered to my room. Nothing was too much. It’s also in a perfect location central to everything as well as very beautiful.

Lovely place to stay in Florence easy walking distance from everything. Quiet and away from the crowds but blocks from everything. Beautiful decor and large room for a single. Excellent coffee (and tea) available in the lobby at all times. It’s hard to find. No big garish sign outside. There is a small metal sign on the wall. It’s the first (or for Americans we would call it the second) floor only . Ring the bell to be buzzed in. Front desk people very nice and helpful. I will certainly stay here again

Wonderful location in beautiful boutique hotel! Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 5 minutes from the Duomo. It's located in a historic building so the twin room itself was simple, yet clean and functional. The AC was an added bonus in the summer heat; there's also a lift to get to the second floor. The bathroom was very nice and had upscale fixtures which gave it an elegant feel. I only stayed one night, but reception was very friendly and breakfast was offered for an added fee

The receptionist guided us very kindly and helped us a lot. So convenient to park. Parking lot was right next to the building. The breakfast was very good, the location was really good. The suite room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, and we could see the beautiful city outside the window. This is the place I really want to stay again

Love this hotel! The location couldn't be any better, everything is right outside the front door. Our room was updated and decorated beautifully, big enough for the 3 of us and our 6 pieces of luggage, so clean AND we had the best view of the Duomo outside our window! Thank you Giulia for your wonderful hospitality and fantastic recommendations, it was greatly appreciated, we will be back soon ❤️

The hotel is charming and staff is wonderful!

I spent one night in the single room at this hotel. It's an easy walk from the train station. The building is exquisitely beautiful. The room, while small, was perfect for one, and completely quiet for a great sleep. You can walk to anything in Florence from this location. Giulia at the front desk was the most welcoming person, and kind. I will definitely stay again if I return to Florence.

The single room was as advertised: small, clean, air conditioned, and very reasonably priced for the area. The location was in the heart of the city center a short walk to everywhere. The BEST thing about this place by far is Mario who checked this poor American in and answered many questions. He is knowledgeable of the area and the history of the hotel. He will invite you for American coffee and is a true gem of a human being.
