Requested beds to be split when booked. No reply. Asked to change room but was told no rooms left. Breakfast very expensive at 25 Euros each. Room looked very dated. Bar tender slow service.

Bed was comfy with nice pillows. We didn't have breakfast and we're going to use the restaurant one evening, but found out it was closed all August and staff must have been on holiday. Would have liked to have been told about this when we checked in. Reception were really helpful and printed out 3 restaurants which had typical food from Frankfurt. These were really nice and it was very nice if him to do that. There are subways nearby and and everything is close as Frankfurt is quite small.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised to see there was no door on Bathroom which makes it diffcult if you are sharing the room and Breakfast was over priced at 25 Euros. The staff were great and if I stayed again it would be down to the friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were really clean, especially the bathroom. Apart from the lack of air conditioning in the room in summer, there’s really no downsides to this place

The hotel is in an excellent location by the S barn and tram lines, but there wasn’t air conditioning and it was noisy outside with the window open

The hotel is very clean. Walking distance to the river. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The only issue is no AC. It was hot at night and I felt like I couldn't breath. I had to open the window during the night. Then I had to deal with the traffic noise.

It was a very nice hotel and it had a good location relative to a lot of places you’d want to visit. There were some minor things that may not have been up to par but overall it was a pretty pleasant experience.

Great location. 10-15 minutes walk from the river, the main square and the Euro2024 fanzone. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative was the heat of the room without air-con.

The wifi was not good enough. They also asked me to pay for breakfast after checkout and I did not take breakfast service.

The stay was a pleasant ones except some imperfection. First the closing of hotel car should be informed before our arrival. We had a hard time reading the notice on the entrance and had to walked to the counter in the rain to check. The wifi in the room was unable to connect. We have to walk to the corridor to get the connection. Other than these 2issues, we are happy with the stay. Thank you

Comfortable hotel, would be good to have a kettle and small fridge in the room. Unfortunately Frankfurt is not a very nice place to visit

Street voice through window is high

The hotel was within 10 minutes walking to tourist sites and the centre. We visited during a non peak time, so our room was available early. We were able to get our rooms in the morning (for a fee), which helped us adjust to this time zone for the rest of our trip. Overall happy with our stay and the hotel staff.

It seems like a newly built hotel. The interior and cleanness were very pleasant. One minor inconvenience was that there was no door for a shower, which was impossible for me to not splash water on the floor. Other than that we really enjoyed this one-night stay.

Location was close to the Christmas market in Frankfurt, we were able to comfortably walk to and from the location. Very nice accommodations, super helpful staff.

The property is well-located between the Konstablerwache and the European Central Bank on the eastern side of downtown Frankfurt. There are done nice parks and small eateries nearby. Also, very pleasant and friendly staff. Simple, but comfortable rooms.
