Fantastic stay, excellent breakfast, ultra friendly staff

Beautiful surrounding area with a duck pond! The hotel was nice and clean, and the room was comfortable. Our bus line was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there was no shuttle option, but the affordable cost of the hotel made it worth it. We opted not to do the breakfast option because of the cost, and instead went to a local bakery.

Nice room, staff and food. To get into Hamburg takes a walk or bus to a train station and a 30 minute Ubahn ride to Hamburg main train station.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms.

Hotel was very clean throughout. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear. Mattress was very firm, too firm for us causing poor sleep. Disappointed by the lack of kettle/coffee/tea making facilties in the room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and easily switched to English when my German failed me Didn't eat at the hotel as thought breakfast was expensive for continental buffet style.

A very comfortable hotel with restaurant. Pleasant surroundings and staff. The only negative was the hotel’s serpentine layout of hallways. Great comfortable place to stay for our visit to friends in the Hamburg area.

Overall this is a great hotel to stay in convenient to my family locally and easy access to bergedorf and hamburg. The staff as always fantastic. Special mention to Yvonne on weekends. 2 negatives whoever. The first is having no fridge in the room, i am sorry guys simply not good enough for a 4 star hotel. The 2nd no air conditioning in the current hot conditions in europe made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

This property is nice. . I like that we can borrow the adapter to charge our phones and umbrella.

The room was cozy, the wifi was spotty at best as was the noise level. No a/c left us with an open window. Between the bugs visiting us throughout the night and the noise from the groups of people walking and smoking right below our window sleep was a bit spotty too. Beautiful hotel with so much potential.

Quiet location outside the city, this hotel has a good restaurant. The rooms in the new block are spacious and comfortable. Avoid at all costs the rooms in the old block.

This hotel is clean and comfortable the staff were really friendly and the food was really quite reasonable but I feel a little over priced, however the mini bar was actually reasonably priced. A very clean and comfortable hotel. I did feel it lacked a menu in the room and apparently they have room service so a little confused there!

It is a very comfort and nice hotel. All staffs are friendly. Strongly recommend it
