The staff at the rec option desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was an ok size for a single occupancy. Typical twinbed style as it is common in Europe. Clean room. Comfortable mattress (I prefer the harder mattresses), and shower and sink water pressure were perfect. It is also only a 10-minute walk to Koelnmesse or one subway stop.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff was freindly and helpful. The location was good, walkbale distance to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Sound proofing not the best as we could here other guests i nthe hallway.

We highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Cologne, but especially for events at Lanxess Arena. It is just across the street, walking distance to main train station m, and many places to eat/drink within 1-2 blocks. Staff were efficient and super friendly. Rooms were very clean with enough room to move around and store our luggage. We look forward to staying here again!

Pleasant hotel. The room was on the small side--so good for only 1 person. If you are seeing any event at Laxness Arena, this is a good option.

This is a great hotel for a central location in Cologne. Very walkable to the city center; the rooms are small and functional but very clean and tidy. Parking is a bit challenging but can be worked out by using a public lot about .25km from the hotel itself. It is a good option at a reasonable price point for Cologne.

Excellent hotel, with very clean rooms, excellent services, friendly staff and good location for the connectivity within and outside Cologne. My only (small) quibble is that it is a bit pricey for the room size & the breakfast is a bit monotonous. I would have preferred a bit of variety in the everyday breakfast.

Stayed here first time in 2003 - first time back in nearly 10 years. The hotel has improved.

The room was very small and I would have preferred to have a kettle in the room, especially as I arrived quite late and left quite early. This hotel is very convenient for my meeting and the station from the airport. Very new and clean. good selection at breakfast. I would stay here again. Staff were very helpful.

Opposite Koln Messe Deutz station, 10 minutes train ride to the airport, basic but comfortable, very good budget hotel. Friendly staff, very helpful with directions, etc. Clean room, relatively new fittings, recently redone bathroom, perfect for budget business travel.

Nice small hotel. Good sized single-bed room and bath. Hotel is above a bar but I didn't notice any significant noise from it.
