The property is in a very good position near to shops and beach but also very quiet. We visited in March so may be still out of season as a lot of restaurants were shut. Accommodation was ok for the money we paid but the facilities of the kitchen was very disappointing. No toaster unless you hired it from reception but no info regarding this just asked and was given. No microwave, no kettle. It is one of the worst self catering apartments we have been to. When the apartments are full you would not get round the swimming pool as it is not large enough nor are there enough sun loungers. Then you have the German contingency who put their towels on the loungers and then go off! Lots of Germans and felt hotel was catering for them rather than anybody else. Tried cocktail when German football game was on and poor barmaid did not know whether she was coming or going. She therefore did not put all the ingredients into our cocktail. If the hotel was spruced up and apartments updated with equipment, swimming pool larger this would be great as the area and where it is you could not better it. We found the waiters in some of the restaurants were not friendly and not at all helpful. Would not return

Just returned after spending over a week at this hotel. Pros: reception staff lovely and helpful Massage parlour attached, the lady does amazing massages! Fairly clean I liked that there was separate pool and solarium areas. If booking ocean view, only from the 6th floor (the odd numbers) do you actually get the ocean view. But the view is epic! Cons: I don’t know if it was because they were digging up/re-laying the roads around the hotel but there was this overwhelming stench of what can only be described as sewage, throughout my whole stay. The roadworks outside the hotel were noisy and disruptive from early morning through to mid afternoon Coaches/transfers could not drop/pick you up outside of the hotel, carting luggage down to the meeting point was not fun Some rooms don’t have kettles.

Amazing value for money, went half board, at every meal always something i liked. Staff at the hotel super nice and always very helpful. Amazing location, in the middle of everything but at the same time very quiet at night. Yes the hotel is showing its age, some old furniture, but beds very confortable, apartment always kept clean. The view... We were on the 8th floor and the beach was right in front of you. I was sad to leave but will certainly come back.

Positive: - for the price was brilliant (at just over fifty pound a night in end of june) - Staff were very friendly - Location Very good (5mins walk to very good beach and restaurants and supermarket around the corner) - Further 15-20mins walk along beach to green flag beach with more restaurants and small town - provided free baby bed - bus stop 5min away, good to use once u work out timetable - Breakfast was good, had all the essentials and staff were very helpful - room was very acceptable, had stove to warm up baby's food with full kitchen essentials: room was not amazing or anything (bathroom was brand new in our room) Negative: - no air conditioning (but i think this is common on the island, as always has srong winds to keep u cool, but note on balcony door says keep closed for safety so got a bit hot at night) - VERY loud at night, as very near restaurants and bars, and guests very noisy in general, room doors stick so everyone banging doors to close including myself (I was fine with it, so was baby, but wife couldn't sleep much - if light sleeper avoid) - hotel condition was just okay in okay, some areas were fresh, other areas needed to refurbished - pool needs fixing, a lot of broken tiles at bottom of pool

Competitively priced accommodation for the location and amenities. We stayed in sea view apartment which was spacious and had a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The room got cleaned twice during our one week stay. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee machine, no kettle. Sufficient amount of utensils. I had booked half board as a spur of the moment decision and am exceptionally pleased with the quality and variety of food for the price I paid. Location is good, we walked to the beach, takes 5-10min, at night my partner was bothered by noise from kids in street coming out of nearby club, but I did not hear much. Did not visit the pool, which was in an internal courtyard facing the hill on the non-building side. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were given a beach umbrella guests left behind at no charge. Guests were various nationalities, mostly German and Spanish. Spar in Moro Jable is largest and cheapest. Parking was a challenge but we managed to find spots within reasonable distance.

Nice facilities and helpful reception, room was clean, Negatives or things to change bed was uncomfortable and the tv was set to German, kitchen wasn’t really self catering suitable as no kettle, toaster or oven or microwave just fridge and hob.

It's an apartment hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly. Its location is great, everything is close by at walking distance in Morro Jable. The apartment is big, but pretty basic, there was no shampoo, little soap, no tea kettle, no bottle opener amongst other cutlery, and one has to pay for an internet connection, which I personally hate, since I consider it a commodity nowadays. Don't expect luxury, so if you're not picky and only spend time in the apartment to sleep, take a shower, relax while sipping wine watching the sea, then I'd say it's a fair deal.

Rooms desparately need upgrading. Very tired and outdated. Having said that it's not bad for the price we paid. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food not all that but there's plenty of places to eat out cheaply. Location fantastic!

The self catering apartments here are a good budget choice. Its worth paying the extra few pounds/euros for the sea view option. The decor and bathroom were on the "tired side." The dinner buffet at 10 euros is good value.

Lovely hotel and pool. We stayed in a premium room with sea view, self catering - so can't comment on food at hotel. Good location. Only downside - no air-con and found sleeping difficult due to heat. Asked at reception for a fan but they didn' have any!

I payed the hotel with card and they took the payment double times for one night. The hotel's staff act like it was my fault and not their mistake at all. So I payed double prize for one night..Very disappointed.

Ich fand die Umgebung sehr schön, dass es direkt am Meer ist und man in der Nähe alles hat, was man braucht. Aber ich fand’s schade, dass es keine Klimaanlagen gab und dass alle drei Tage erst gereinigt wird.
