Basic room? But well maintained and very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice people at desk. My only complaint is that the small fridge really didn't work at all. WiFi could be better, but wasn't the worst I've had in Italy. Great location. Close to train and bus stations. Lots of good restaurants around. Multi ethnic.

It was terrible, and I wish to give a Zero Star if I could. This hotel Free Wi-Fi only allows me to send or receive text, but not pictures or video.

This smaller, older, clean, well maintained hotel is a good place to stay. Excellent staff who were very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours. Easy walking distance to train station. I found the firm pillows a bit hard, but really enjoyed this place. Would recommend & stay again.

I thought it was centrally located and convenient to places. I didn’t like the staff, thought of the reception staff was very moody, did not greet morning, afternoon or evening. He did not ever say anything friendly and very unapproachable, terrible.

Good location for bus stop and train station to Venice, and for airport shuttle. Pleasant stay, nice clean room and continental breakfast. Staff very helpful.

This hotel has lots of room for improvement. The entire establishment appears to be from a past era. The check in and check-out procedures were not as seamless as other hotels we stayed at in Italy. The check-in person required us to leave our passports with him for processing, and we could only collect them from him much later. The check-out person was unable to get the credit card payment to work, even though the same credit card worked seamlessly for payments before, and directly after at other places. The room is small, and the bed was covered in a tatty bedspread which matched the colour of the tatty curtains. The air conditioner was ineffectual. The shower in the bathroom is so small, that I was unable to move around once I got into it, and I struggled to keep the water flowing as the tap kept shutting off, due to me knocking it when trying to move. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi to guests, but it works on an antiquated system which requires constant logging in of devices in order to work correctly. Breakfast is optional at 10 Euros per person, but we only stayed here for one night, and did not have breakfast at the hotel. The only redeeming quality I can think of for this hotel, is the close proximity to the Mestre station. It takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the bus terminus at Mestre Station, from where you can get the local bus to Venezia or to Marco Polo Airport. If given the choice, I would not stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is so convenient for Mestre station and Marco Polo airport. Very quick and easy to get train into Venice and 2 minutes walk to airport bus. Helpful reception - happy to look after all our bags while we went into Venice and provided us with maps, timetables etc. Room was basic and comfortable - no frills.

It's very convenience to travel because of the close location from the railway station.

Just 5 minutes' walk from Venezia Mestre train station and other transport facilities. No headache going around, especially when you are so tired and badly need a place to rest. The room is quiet and tidy and everything is all that a traveller needs. Good price performance ratio.

Ideal location for train and bus station for an overnight stop.

Hotel Regit is a small but well kept hotel. We chose it because of its locality. The bus shuttle from the airport stops a couple of hundred metres away. and just a few metres more and you are at the railway station. 1.25 Euros gets you into Venice in around 5 - 10 minutes. We were travelling around so the station proximity was key. Trains all over Italy can be caught there. We went to Florence Bologna and Verona all for the standard lower prices....not the fast train prices....excellent value.
