Nice hotel in the middle of town that is walking distance to most everything. The hotel also includes La Placeta Restaurant which provides solid breakfast and dinner. Super convenient option for staying in Pollenca.

We stay here every year. The hotel is family owned and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms in the new complex are large suites and that’s where we always stay. Problem with air con this year which I’m sure will be sorted. The garden and pool are lovely and great for sunbathing. I would always recommend this hotel if staying in Pollença and look forward to going back next year.

This was a very sweet property owned by a family as it was their grandparents former home. Now run by 2 sisters who are lovely and kind, this charming home has multiple rooms and quaint grounds. Our room was. Wet spacious with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, living room and mint refrigerator and amenities. Everyone on the property was kind and helpful with a smile. Specifically--Aina (manager) -Gema (breakfast), she is Aina's sister. -Raquel (reception) -Cynthia (breakfast assistant) -Stalin (cleaning) All were very kind. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone above.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues as one of our party is a wheelchair user and the first ramps they had were not suitable. However they got a carpenter to custom make a couple of ramps that meant he could get into the main building.

Son Sant Jordi is obviously not in need of any business or is taking travelers like myself as fools. We reserved this place, it’s not like it’s cheap, on the basis of its reviews and availability. When we arrived, we were greeted with upended furniture in the lobby, an unruly( albeit innocent) child running around (the grand child) linen on clothes driers all around the lobby and a very feeble attempt of an explanation that it’s the end of season??. We were accommodated across the road on the ground floor where we were met with builders mats and angle grinders whilst builders were working on the building. After finding a rotten orange in the fruit bowl at breakfast the next morning I handed in my key and said we were leaving. We had booked two nights but I did not care. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. If you want to close down out of season do so, but do not take bookings and expect your guests to feel like they are walking into the laundry room. I will add the hotel contacted me after they saw my initial Hotels.Com review on check in and tried to explain that they are just a family hotel and that some of their furnishings were being renewed. Not so. If it were my establishment I would not take a booking whilst service was being impacted and secondly I would make an attempt to refund a dissatisfied guest. Furthermore, it’s a huge daily run business and maybe they just don’t care after 1st November?! If it were my business I would feel ashamed.

This is a lovely hotel in a historic building situated in a quiet part of Pollenca. The family who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. There is a nice garden with a small pool where. Breakfast is good. There is no bar, however you can walk through to the attached restaurant where you can order drinks and food. The garden is quiet and peaceful. We would have liked some background music, but that's a personal choice

The property smells of raw sewage throughout. Also, despite being a hotel youbhave to make an appointment if you want to check in. Breakfast had a machine with rotten fruit juice, a very por selection of everything and a sign that ordered guests to present a doctor's certificate if you want gluten-fee food. Lastly, upon check-in they tried to charge me again for the room.

This hotel is almost in the centre of the lovely town of Pollenca, just a few minutes walk from the main town square and restaurants. The room we had was spacious, and was located across the road from the main hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner were varied and good quality, just don't expect a 'full English'. The only down side was the hotel bar was closed between 4 and 7 when we returned from our daily hike! It can be noisy at night with holiday makers and locals enjoying themselves, and first thing in the morning with refuse collection and deliveries, but that's to be expected bearing in mind the town centre location.

Great location but this hotel is not four star quality. Maintenance is a major issue. Our first room had extremely noisy air conditioning (such that it could not be used overnight) and a bathroom in sore need of renovation. Our second room smelt very badly of damp and there were various plumbing problems, which the owners were clearly aware of but thought it acceptable to let the room nonetheless. There is a very nice garden area but it would be unwise to walk barefoot as the owners' dog fouls the grassy area at will (we did not see anyone clearing up after it).
