If you are taking the FlixBus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room itself is small and basic, but comfortable. Have hair dryer, towels, and a second pillow in the closet if you need it. Walls are a bit thin, I can hear the tv from my neighbor, but I can still sleep easily.

Staff is very friendly, rental car in the lobby some restaurants in front of the hoteln

The staff were good and the room whilst plain was very clean. The problem was there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Given the price I paid for this hotel, I was not that surprised by the quality. However, I do believe that regardless of price, a customer should not be finding a cockroach on the walls of the provided bathroom

Liege was our base for Maastricht, Aachen, and Valkenburg. This hotel was conveniently right across from the rail station for easy transportation. The room was spacious and clean. The daytime desk staff seemed a bit indifferent to guests, but the lady who checked us in during the evening was super nice and went to fetch us extra pillows when we asked. We'd stay there again.

The friendly lady at the reception gave me a very nice upgrade . The view was good , because there was only the impressive Railway station and some green hills .

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Gare Liege-Guillemins station. It was the only hotel I could find that offered a room with two queen beds to accommodate my family of four. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the night.

Place has a lot of potential but they really need to replace their maintenance manager/engineer. There's a few "rough round the edges" area like worn corners on skirts, shower door silicone needing replacing, etc,. other than that the room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Whoever was the night manager on Thursday night (old guy in pink t-shirt) needs to take a chill pill and stop being a school prefect/hall monitor, he was abusing his admin access to the hotel's wifi router and proactively censoring youtube content (mainly Soprano's clips and podcasts from Jim Cornette and Who Are These Podcasts) and the entirety of Netflix, which is a huge privacy violation and potentially illegal.

The rooms in the pictures are premium rooms and do not all look the same. The beds are comfortable.

Very close to the railway station for travellers. Whilst it was busy outside the hotel it was still quiet in the room allowing a good nights sleep.

Lovely hotel, right opposite main train station. Very clean but bathroom could be with being updated.

The location is handy and the staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. The rooms are not great though and our room even had items left in it from the previous guest (drink bottles and such) which didn’t give us any confidence that the room was well cleaned.

The location is perfect- if you want to use this place as (less than an hour into Brussels location) as I did. The room was good but a little tired... I would still recommend it as it had air conditioning - which makes sleeping much better in the summer. The breakfast was good and there were small shops for food and restaurants around as well.
