The hotel staff were so welcoming, kind and friendly. The breakfast was great, there were so many food options.

The shower control knob is strange one because it automatically stopped about 20 seconds. So, taking a shower is a bit messy because the water start/stop about 10+ times in between.

Super friendly staff and a fantastic location close to all the attractions in this beautiful city.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Nice breakfast each morning. Eggs and waffles cooked to order.

Igor was very helpful, as was Carlos. The location was amazing, and except for the morning bells, very quiet. We appreciated the upgrade. And the breakfast was very good, with an amazing selection. We also appreciated the coffee available until 9:00 pm. Just overall a lovely old boutique hotel.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are the smallest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, however. So don't expect a lot of space.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff as excellent, very kind and helpful. The breakfast and coffee service was wonderful. Our room was comfortable and, though somewhat basic, met our needs for a home base when we weren’t out exploring.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at this hotel. Property was exceptionally clean and the rooms while small, had everything we needed for our stay. The staff members were very friendly and helpful with any of our needs. The breakfast was a nice selection of meat, cheese, breads and pastries and also had eggs to order for 12€ per person per day. Roughly 15 minute walk to all the old sights but also has several restaurants within 5 minute walk. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Salzburg.

Excellent location and staff.

The staff is kind, problem -solvers and very friendly. The room was large, comfortable and had all the needed features: fridge, kettle, nice mattress and the breakfast was excellent and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel 😀

There are a number of very positive comments that can be written on this hotel. The enjoyable breakfasts, the fantastic location, the charming design and layout of the hotel. But the most outstanding memory was the service! Not only did one associate stand-out but by all the workers at this location were fantastic! Having a four day stay, I interacted with at least four different employees. Each person was pleasant, welcoming, and did everything they could to ensure a positive stay.
